Basically unless it was like something serious like the Healthcare bill then they'll show up but usually it goes in spurts of like 10-20 people in there. They could call everyone in there if they wanted to there's a rule, but come on that's too much hassle. Yeah we're lazy like that.

I spent 20 years in the Infantry, we didn't want or need Armor!!! We would have been a 19K if we wanted Armor. That shit is heavy, bulkey and you can't move, shoot, nor communicate in it. The HUMVEE came out around the '86-88 time frame. They never had armor, that's why we have TANKS, BRADLEYS, STRYKERS. If you want to present yourself as a peacful entity, you use a simple vehicle not spend MILLIONS of dollars on something that wasn't supposed to have armor in the 1st place.
