nice to see alot of your choices in my own top 10 favs, still not seen insidious, but my gf is more into ghost stuff than i am, so probably why i havent bought it yet but very cool list :-)
Great list, tucker and dale was a awesome flick, Insidious was a pretty good movie until they went into the other and then it just turned to garbage. It would be great if you put a list of the movie in the details area so it would be easier to look up the movies.
@74poker Yeah, I totally understand how that ending isn't for everyone....it worked for me, but I see what you're saying. Good idea about adding the movies to the description...I'll have to do that. thanks for watching
@musicminds247 I will admit I am a little jaded when it comes to those type of stories. So far enjoying the videos, subscribed to your channel so i can watch them all.
I really enjoyed Chillerama, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, and Insidious. Chillerama and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil are so much fun. Insidious creeped me out. I loved it!! I really enjoyed Scream 4 and I liked it better then Scream 3.
@HorrorsBall You know what's really fucked up? I totally forgot it until I had the video posted. I can't believe I left it out because I did really like it
@thehammer56 Exactly man, I totally agree, I think the people that are saying that aren't really looking past what's on the surface. If they would look further than mainstream Hollywood, they would see that horror is doing great in reality!
Nice list, man! I had a feeling Insidious was coming because I saw your review early this year. I think it's a great pick for #1. Made me belive that Hollywood can still make legit suspenseful horror again, without all the blood and brutality. I'll definitely check out Black Death. I knew it existed but I just never paid it any attention.
@MrMoviesETC Thanks so much for watching! I agree about feeling that way about Hollywood after Insidious...it really creeped me out and that very rarely happens anymore. Definitely check out Black Death, it's really good and like I said, doesn't paint a clear good and bad side. I loved that about it! Let me know your thoughts after you see it.
a last circus remake!! no!!! but yeah you're prob right unfortunately! def wish i woulda gotten to see bereavement. will get it for sure at some point though! great, great list man! can't argue with those. honestly for me, if the last half hour of insidious kept the same vibe it prob woulda been in my top 5. great film though! well im glad the pack at least got an honorable mention! :) im surprised that dream home didn't make your list. i remember you really liked that one. loved the vid man!!
Great video dude! I actually haven't seen any horror films of last year... :( BUT I wrote these down to check them out! Idk I've just always been into classic horror. I might just need to branch out some more!
All awesome picks Jason! I still need to see the pack. I agree with your picks brother. Take care my man, maybe I'll see you at the next cinema wasteland.
@missnycsparkles A lot of modern horror doesn't have the punch like the old school stuff does but some of them can surprise you. I hope you like the ones you check out and thanks for watching!
Great picks. I need to see insidious and also hobo with a shotgun.

Black Death: Thought this was a sword and sandal thing, a la Robin Hood.
Plus I didn't know that Sean Bean is in the film, will blind buy soon.

The Dead was a well made throwback to Fulci's zombie films.
Didn't care much for the ending and the lead actor was a bit flat at times.
But it still was one of the better horror films of 2011. Plan to get the R1 blu when it drops.
Much as i luv Rutger Hauer, Hobo With A Shotgun was an overall disappointment.
He was great, the problem was the rest of the cast.
Insidious polarized horror fans, who equally loved and hated it.
Like u, I enjoyed it.
