If out of one case of corruption and hypocrisy, the chance comes to take down another that is just as bad or in many ways even worse, then at least some good eventually comes out of it.

The alternative is we dont have Tom Watson, In which case we wouldnt even be having this conversation right now.

What a prat Tom Watson is. It was of course his party that introduced the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, so they could place everyone else under surveillance of a kind far more offensive and intrusive than that he is complaining about.
