  • I give my pet Bloodhound a probiotic every day in her food....for her good health as well..

  • We need to force government(s) to STOP using waste water treatment SLUDGE for fertilizers on our commercial crops and using reclaimed water from waste water treatment plants for irrigation...these two issues are doing nothing but spreading disease through our crops...

since they started this sludge use in the early 1990's our crops have become contaminated...this sludge is full of contamination and they know it...

  • @slsmit2 You are right on the money!!! 5 STARS TO YOU

  • Organic is everyones way!

  • Where the heck can I get dairy products that aren't Homogenized???

    (I'm in Boston MA)

  • I went to BU med, but i didn't know much about nutrition then. Here in california, you can buy RAW(unhomogenized, non-pasteurized, organic) diary products from Whole Foods, Henry's and fine nutrition stores. some states do not allow RAW diary products so you need to check state laws. In my professional opinion, drink RAW milk or don't drink milk at all!

  • Pfizer just paid a $2.3 Billion fine...I don't understand why so many people on here have a problem with him selling products. I don't immediately believe everything he says without my own due diligence but he is giving away a ton of free information. Try getting free information out of your own Doctor. Visit a Doctor for 10 minutes and pay a fortune. Then they experiment on you with a prescription that was pushed to them by a pharmaceutical rep that took them golfing and to dinner.

  • KennyAtcheson: Totally agree with you!!!!! :o)

  • who cares if he sells stuff, the free advice on his site is there for everyone and it is invaluable. There's nothing forcing you to buy his products. I've found out lots of great information, just by signing up for his newsletter.

  • It is amazing how Dr. Mercola both himself and website has grown in the last 7 years, I can still remember him on hawaian shirt very bad quality cam and talking talking but not promoting anything.

It is great to see how big WE viewers make people like Dr.Mercola if Dr. im not sure. But I like him anyways!

  • I meant 2 years, I was rewiewing some of his 2007 vids. But sure the promotion of products makes ppl confussed. a Doctor should just guide and advice and a salesman sells.

  • forget probiotic supplements. the best sources of probiotics are from fermented foods such as raw yogurt, raw kefir, and kumbucha tea.

  • pasteurized, homogenized dairy with hormones and antibiotics no thanks

  • That's why i only buy organic and RAW diary products.

  • i love heather

  • His site offers thousands of articles and videos free of charge. When he does sell things they're of the highest quality; the absolute best products that he would recommend to his own friends and family. You can trust him because his reputation, livelihood, and life's passion are on the line if he is the least bit dishonest. The man is very moral and in it for the right reasons.

He's allowed to profit from it. That way he can put more effort and money into his work.

  • Now that's what I'm talkin' aboot!

See: HSO's homeostatic soil organisms by

Jordan Rubin> 'Garden of Life' probiotic formulas.

    *Fixes inflammatory diseases.

*Repairs GI tract so you can absorb medicine & nutrients.

  • I've heard that you can get a dysbiosis from taking probiotics for too long. Can anyone shed some light on this?

  • Yes, I've heard the same thing... I'm hoping someone on here can provide me with a link or article or something that addresses that.

  • @2Dst1lls

    Thank you.

    Take Care

  • Thanks for the great info. I'm just wondering if you could comment on how much benefit probiotic yogurt has? I know some of the major companies selling them have their own lab created versions with names that are cooked up by advertising agencies (eg. activia regularis) and I've heard it suggested that they're not as beneficial as the companies make out. How much bacteria would be in a yogurt for example?

  • need to make your own at home or get some kefir,

  • Thanks dionstrezlecki, I'll look into kefir

  • What are "fermented foods" please?

  • Dr. M,

I love your channel and your website, but have to disagree with you on this. Why buy you product or anyother for the rest of our lifetime when you can just make your own?

Please do a search on Kefir Grains. There is no better. It's the BEST and you make it your self. How easy is that.

  • Thank you for posting this helpful information. Regards from Lyn, (UK)
