may i say that i love your ideas and the overall feel of your shows! suggestion: you might want to work on sounding snobby about other people's jewelry tastes. i mean if the whole point is to be able to wear what you want by making it instead of going with the mainstream, then you should remember to be open-minded about ideas that don't necessarily fit your tastes but do fit others'... just something to think about.
Hey, thanks for the comment! We are definitely open to other people's ideas - check out our other vids. We cover DIY, plus other things like diamonds, body piercing, etc. We hope to show that we support ALL kinds of jewelry!
i love jewelry which is why i am watching this. YOU are totally lame if you keep watching all of them and then complaining.! and what's wrong with being a MOM? don't you have one too?
Something tells me you are sad and lonely. Very very lonely. Living in your parents basement lonely. You seem very comfortable with "twink" lonely man. Sad sad lonely man.
Hi & thank you! "Metalchik" is a jewelry-loving girl, although I do like Metal as well. Flowgrr24, you are TOTALLY right & you get our mission. I'm glad we are inspiring people to think outside the box of prevailing fashions, and DIY instead. And YES, funding is being cut all over the place for arts. It's a sad indictment of our culture, so if metalchik can inspire even one person or parents to involve themselves in creative things, we have succeeded.
note: art programs (such as in elementary schools) across the states are disappearing due to insufficient funds.. so creating art at home for your younger family members and friends is great! stuff like this for kids is real fun, but just don't let them saw anything... (ref. to "unfortunate flower pin") no, really, there are parents as careless as that.
"Well, I feel extra pretty today." haha and in the next second he acumulates like 5 more necklaces :p videos like these allow you to think outside the box for yourself and see what you can reuse at home. at it doesnt necessarily have to stop at jewelry. you can create decorative boxes, vases, even make sculptures. or you can just donate your stuff to a local school for their art programs!
I enjoyed this! Thanks!

"metalchik" probably refers to jewelry making... not the stereotypical look of metal music fans..
