  • @FrostyChrome lol. to start out, do 30 minutes of intense and non-rest pullups, pushups, dips, abs, and body squats 4 times a week. eat 4-5 times a day with each portioned meal about 500-700 calories each with at least 10g and a max of 40g of protein each. eat whole wheat bread in the morning, good carbs throughout the day, and make sure you intake some good fiber like your veggies. take fish oil tablets to get the omega 3 fatty acids that your body needs. oh, and make sure u run 3x a week !

  • @lwst82 for someone who doesn't have 'time', calisthenics is an awesome way to start conditioning the body: training at home can have many advantages in terms of accessibility and replenishment. every person's body is different, but if you want a ripped, lean body, body weight exercises work the best. look at gymnasts and bodybuilders and the way they train. 100% of the time for gymnasts, you will come out looking like a ripped monster. bodybuilding training can have mixed results

  • @lwst82 you should try attempting the muscle up after getting around 15 pull ups. the beginner's version of the muscle up focuses on the momentum, explosive motion, and the dead position dip. once u've learned how to do these individual steps correctly, bring them all together and there you have it! gl man!
