I wouldn't count Godsmack a nu metal band...maybe their first album had traits...like i wouldn't fully count Disturbed nu...Disturbed (to me...and what they are) are, not in traditional terms. a "Heavy" hard rock band.same as goddsmack...godsmack has a lot of grunge, a lot of zepplin, however oddly a lot of tool as well.

Anthrax's collaboration with Public Enemy is without a doubt a combination of rap and metal. Therfore, "Bring the Noise" by Anthrax/Public Enemy = Nu-Metal. Besides, this is a list of Nu-Metal SONGS, not bands. Anyone with half a brain would know Anthrax is nothing but Thrash all the way, but "Bring the Noise" definitely isn't a Thrash song.
