@jbasketballgirl16 I was actually in the same graduating class with her (2008). She only went to HHS for her Freshman, and part of her sophomore year (during her 2nd year she was leaving a lot for commercials, etc) I actually has some classes with her, and she was not at all shy.

In all honesty, the whole "outsider, blah blah" thing is just something to make her appeal to a more widespread audience.

There were news crews in our hallways filming her on a semi-regular basis. She was not unpopular
