I first heard this song on Ndour's concert Africa Live Rollback Malaria. The live concert feat. falay sathama, and the entire orchestra, the vid is on youtube, you've got to see it performed...just amazing. Youssou I love!!

se que has preguntado eso un ano atras, pero yo acaba de ver un documentario en cual se hablaba un poco de este cancion tambien.

Pero, para responderte corto, es musica religiosa desde Egipt, musica que los musulmanes, que crean en el profet Mohamed, en unos partes de Egipt cantan.

Y la idea de este documentario es para ver que no todon los musulmanes de este mundo son como Osama Bin Laden, pero que son que se disfrutan de dios, por ejemplo through este musica:)

No se como es de este puncto de ver en Espana, pero ayer consegui tener un casi 50canciones de N'Dour:D si quieres de hacerte un DVD y mandartelo, para mi no seria ningun problem. Bah, seria un placer:)
