I used to make animations like this too, but then I got a better program. I would recomend buying Anime studio for better looking animations. Number 6 debut is only fifty dollars.

you can highlight all the pictures and drag them to the timeline to add them all at the same time (i found this to be much quicker)

ok here's what you do

1.when your done with your movie,go to file,then click on save movie file,and it will save it to your desktop.

2.upload on youtube,and that's it.

Did you covert your project to a wmv file? I think that's what you have to do to upload it. That's what I have to do. Hope i helped.
