  • this guy is lame

  • That poor lion is freezing his nards off.

  • so you sued the man and company that saved your life? What a guy you are!

  • The million dollar question: Where can I get the healthy meat? Where can I get beef or chicken or other meats there are not loaded down with toxins and hormones and all that other garbage?. Where can I get tuna that is not laced with mercury?

If someone can answer this for me, they would be a tremendous help to my quest for a better diet.

  • @daffydoug All this information is in the back of Jordan's book The Maker's Diet.

  • @daffydoug Whole foods or Traders joe's ( u probably know this by know...) :)

  • You're all such idiots.

  • Unfortunately, those kinds of meats aren't available in rural, eastern Kentucky. The nearest organic marketplace with grass-fed beef is two hours away.

  • Oh, and the Raw food diet doesn't belong to David Wolfe. The Food is Gods. Not Davids.

  • please inform yourself, young lady, stop worshipping David Wolfe and his raw food diet. You'll feel better at first because your switching from refined carbs to whole foods, but long term the lack of protein and saturated fat will do a lot of damage to your nervous system and cardiovascular system. I used to think a raw plant based diet was where it was at. It's not. The nutritonal elites eat a carnivorous diet.

  • I do NOT worship David Wolfe. I don't care for him at all. I worship Jesus Christ of Nazerth. I became a Raw Food person by first going on a 21 Day Daniel Fast and felt sooo much better my husband and I decided to stay on it. So far, we have never felt better.

  • Ok, I apologize for being blunt and harsh. Continue to do whatever seems to work for you. All I would advise is what many people out there advise even many raw vegans. Listen to your body. I'm doing the same.

  • @stevo35972 That is the key!!! What you said about listening to your body! I think everyone's body is different, and each individual has to listen to what their own body is telling them. Some people can thrive on a vegan diet, and other's can't. it's NOT one size fits all!

I went vegan a few years back and literally turned into a skeleton. I was beginnig to look like the early picture of Jordan. My body was telling me it needed some meat. Maybe not a lot, but at least some.

  • @daffydoug

    what did you eat man?

  • You can get plenty of protein from a raw organic vegan diet.

  • monty, I would agree
