I was a crew member of the Bruges, and I can tell you that the aft end of Deck B, used to be open air. it is only now, since the sell off from P&O that it has been covered. The aft end of deck c has always been covered though.

No she was the Pride of Free Enterprise, later to become the Pride of Bruges. She has had her aft deck covered though since her days with TT & P&O
