(Sorry, I don't have any links available now, but a quick Google search will do).

When they first started selling these a year or so ago there was technical issues and they were being intercepted at the border. WL had to redesign the whole system for "FDA compliance" and that is what caused all the delays. Mine was shipped before that, US customs snagged it, I got a BS letter from them and that's all - so I had just written it off. Then months later I got a call from WL out of the blue. They offered to refund the money or reship the new model.
