Yes,Matt's voice. Bruce used to do some of the falsetto and Al did alot of Brian's parts when Brian could no longer do them or wasn't with them on tour.
And... yes, this is lipsync'd. However, I have no doubt they could have done it live. This is just a more polished sound.

@JDrevolver66 youre right. It is the voice of Matt Jardine that is singing the falsetto. Nice to see them all together performing.

@jeroen1 I'm pretty sure they're not on the same stage. Not even in the same country. Quo recorded their part in England and sent it over to America, where the Beach Boys added their part of it. But it sounds good, anyway. By the way, who is Matt Jardine? I seriously doubt that Al Jardine ever sang any falsetto leads on any Beach Boy recordings.

@widdyhabb In this clip there all together. The studio recording was done as you said it. Bruce is singin the high voice in the clip but in the studio Matt sang it. Matt is the son of Al Jardine.
