  • All of your clips are in my favorites..really love the laid back but tough work routine. I can't jump and run and buy all those fancy weights and balls. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  • try doing this then running for about 20-30 mins. it doesn't even have to be hard running, just enough to get a good sweat going. if u do that after exercises like this then u will be living with some lean cut abs a lot quicker. but if u hate running then its all good no worries. but i did that every other day and in about a month they were hard as rock

  • @xXBeastfromdaEastXx better then running is 3-5 minute straight jump roping then 30sec-1minute break and continue 3 sets if you want a lose fat fast.

  • @rileytwist88 dude the lower abs are the hardest, it will took you 10,000 times of workout..

    Although, if you are trying to lose some weight around the waist ...you'd have to do some cardio at least 20 minutes daily for quick results
