About Ike... There are 3 ways to die from his smash.

1. Get caught in it, get bludgeoned, and smashed against the ground.

2. Stand too close when Ike's smash comes down, and you will get launched.

3. It is possible for Ragnell to hit an enemy on its way up, and if the enemy is 200%+ damage, it will kill them.

I actually have gotten Final smashes where one person is killed by each method.
