In 2000 year or so the ice cores are clear another ice age is due, an ice age like all the past ones that have driven evolution for eons creating everything including us. So do we stop this future ice age if we have the technology, halting evolution? Our do we plan to let nature takes our course and plan for billions of humans to leave this earth leaving a few behind to survive the next ice age and continuing human and earth's evolution?

Not to mention Volstok ice core which shows no extended time period of flat temps, matter of fact the last 800 years it has had 3 major temp changes over 2.5 degrees C.

Note the IPCC ignores all the GISP and Vostok ice core temp data in their 4th report as they cannot explain a single past temp change and try to paint a picture temp change is the exception and must be man made and terrible for earth,

Crazy idea, the ice cores are clear GISP and VOSTOK, (see the data at my site same as my name). Drastic and sudden temp change is the norm not the exception and as much as 3 degess C in 200 years has been seen many times in the last 10,000 years since the last ice age.

Note GISP ice core temp shows 1 degree C higher 1000 yrs ago, 2 degree C higher 2000 yrs ago and 3 degree C higher 3300 yrs ago with many ups and downs in between. Note the polar bears are still here, the earth did not flood

That's a tough charge to defend. Stossel's a Libertarian, and as far as I know he's the only semi-major news personality that is an open Libertarian, though I could be wrong.

So even if Stossel IS an ideologue, he's an independent voice among all the conservatives and liberals. Stossel is closer to Ayn Rand and Milton Friedman than Beck or Hannity.
