@FishySticks613 they stopped making the show because Troy Dixon (T-Bag) died in a car accident during winter... I believe it was 2 years ago but I'm not totally sure. Geoff Lapaire said that he wanted to continue the show but that he would stay off screen. They got a deal with Showcase later on and they started producing the TV series. I'm not sure if the show got canceled due to poor ratings or something else. Dont know exactly why it was canceled but i heard 2 different stories
It wasn't just Troy's death. Jarrett did a few posts on the forums a while back detailing how he (Jarrett) had health issues, was managing his family life, and how him and Geoff (Kyle) were having issues working together and such. Apparently they had a falling out before Troy's death even happened, and Geoff wanted to go work on others things and leave PP behind. I still don't think Geoff ever commented on his stance on PP, but Jarrett said he's willing to finish the series if Geoff is.
chris is kinda like october (from the tv series) in the way they dressed. but october is way better looking, and from the intros, a way better character. wish they could continue for a 2nd season..
The guy who plays Jeremy said to the guy who plays Kyle in the show, "im ready to finish this series when ever you want to". I think its going to happen its just a matter of when
for all those stating the reason the show was stopped was because of the death of Troy, while that is partly true, please remember Jeremy (cannot remember real name), also had a growth in his neck. There were many contributing factors.
If a huge downtime or death of show happened because of Troy thats just sad and I hardly think it true. After his death yes, there was downtime on the site and projects in 2008.
To continue blaming the death in anyway for continuing to stop or slow things is an insult. That would be the last thing Troy would have wanted and I am sure the crew realizes that, if they do not then that is the saddest part of the whole story.
It can never be the same without T-Bag but it should live on.
Wish PP crew would keep things going one way or another!
Seriously be nice to just see either the showcase series or old web series continue. Anything PP! They get a taste of the network and wont go back to just making videos without network support? They should just prove they can the viewers here on YouTube with some steady new releases and then if they want the big network contract Im sure it would help.

Just gonna say something. At the time Lapaire (aka Kyle) was in talks with a number of networks (thus the eps about it). When Showcase signed the deal, Lapaire signed off on the web series anyway, thought he was too good for internet. Lapaire didn't hesitate to replace T-Bag with Tyrone, tasteless as that was. But lack of promotion by Showcase (it was only on TV in Canada) meant only some of the fans were able to see it. Because of lack of numbers, Showcase killed it.
