Nice performance. Im sure the cello was probably heard better in the hall and not in the recording

@kogumakyoto yep. that's what makes brahms so difficult to play ensemblewise. This quintet especially in the first movement. A lot of textural stuff overall. one selfish player can ruin it all
Not "Viola" Quintet but "String" quintet...
