  • Its not stating that something was from nothing, its stating that a big something came from a smaller something

  • I completely agree with everything you said!!

  • amazing video you were able to share your beliefs without insulting anothers me myself i dont belive in a religion but so what thats me who knows who is right and whos wrong

  • u cant believe it because u are to young to grasp what scriptures say, but i'm not gonna bash u about it, u make a good point, I'm glad u didn't bash religions...u see seem more Agnostic than a Atheist, at least u see that religions not a problems with the world. good video

  • o: idk my religion either cause everyone in my family has a different ..one .. so im nuteral =w=

  • @Matthewsongcovers The thing about science is it is no where near being solid evidence of anything. Every year, science changes. It's never exact. This is coming from an atheist, mind you. Let people believe what they want. Simple as that. There is good and bad in all walks of life. Fact. And neither side can say anything about proof.

  • I stopped watching when he said "I'm sticking with religion because science can't explain how the big bang started". . . well... religion can't explain how god started. It just says "He WAS", dun dun dun. It's not actually an explanation it's more like "I started because I can do anything", well Gee, that could be the correct answer to any question in the entire universe, of course it also applies to what started it. Worst reasoned answer to a question ever 'cuz i can do anything' - prove it.

  • Nice video.

  • i couldnt if said it better.

  • And He has set up on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and rivers and roads; that ye may guide yourselves;

And marks and sign-posts; and by the stars (men) guide themselves.

Is then He Who creates like one that creates not? Will ye not receive admonition?

If ye would count up the favours of Allah, never would ye be able to number them: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare.

  • And the things on this earth which He has multiplied in varying colours (and qualities): verily in this is a sign for men who celebrate the praises of Allah (in gratitude).

It is He Who has made the sea subject, that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh and tender, and that ye may extract therefrom ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the bounty of Allah and that ye may be grateful.

  • It is He who sends down rain from the sky: from it ye drink, and out of it (grows) the vegetation on which ye feed your cattle.

He causes to grow for you thereby the crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and from all the fruits. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.

He has made subject to you the Night and the Day; the sun and the moon; and the stars are in subjection by His Command: verily in this are Signs for men who are wise.

  • And they carry your heavyloads to lands that ye could not (otherwise) reach except with souls distressed: for your Lord is indeed Most Kind, Most Merciful,

And (He has created) horses, mules, and donkeys, for you to ride and use for show; and He has created (other) things of which ye have no knowledge.

And unto Allah leads straight the Way, but there are ways that turn aside: if Allah had willed, He could have guided all of you.

  • He has created man from a sperm-drop; and behold this same (man) becomes an open disputer!

And cattle He has created for you (men): from them ye derive warmth, and numerous benefits, and of their (meat) ye eat.

And ye have a sense of pride and beauty in them as ye drive them home in the evening, and as ye lead them forth to pasture in the morning.

  • From Quran chapter 16:

(Inevitable) cometh (to pass) the Command of Allah: seek ye not then to hasten it: Glory to Him, and far is He above having the partners they ascribe unto Him!

He doth send down His angels with inspiration of His Command, to such of His servants as He pleaseth, (saying): "Warn (Man) that there is no god but I: so do your duty unto Me."

He has created the heavens and the earth for just ends: Far is He above having the partners they ascribe to Him!

  • If there were no God there would be no Atheists. Btw I really liked your video :)

  • many people before you asked to see Allah subhannahu wa taala by their own eye to believe, or they asked for an angel to come down and so they see him or a sign, and many foolish people say these are "old tales", I want you to start researching Islam, which is submission to Allah who is the creator of everything, and to him we will return, he is the one whose messengers are Ibrahim, Musa, Jesus, Muhammad peace be upon him all.

christians has commited shirk by associatingpartners with Allah sw

  • @AbuHamzaIbinSaif As much as I respect Muslims I don't agree with all there "rules" and views on things like anyone who isn't Muslim isn't really worth anything :/

  • @TheConcluziioN from where did you bring this "who isint a Muslim is not worth anything", be assured that this is not what is taught in Islam and this is far from the truth. Infact the people of the book are addressed by Allah swt many time in the Holy Quran, the book of guidance and mercy to all people, the people of the book are infact the christians and jews who hold a special status, we as muslims can marry them and eat from their food, and does not teach at all what you claim

  • @AbuHamzaIbinSaif Let me ask you something, are your parents Muslims?

  • @TheConcluziioN that question is irrelevant and unintelligent, I will tell you why, if you come visit muslim countries, you will find many people who claim to be muslims, because they are born to muslim parents, yet they are not muslim in actions, nor by heart.

Yet there are people who come back to the truth, submitting to Allah, La Illaha ila Allah, whose parents are mushriks and kaffirs

  • @TheConcluziioN many times in the Holy Quran, you will find that many people whom prophets came to, they immediatly reject the truth, and say these gods are what we found our fathers worshipping, like when Prophet Ibrahim destroyed all the idols, while Ibrahim was a Prophet of Allah peace be upon him his father was a mushrik, who put equals with Allah and went against his own son.

  • @TheConcluziioN it is also the same action of the christians, who set up equals with Allah the one the only, there is no God but him, La Illaha ila Allah, do not say 3rd of 3, do not say he begotten a son, do not say anything like that, desist from that, and dont follow satans footsteps by setting up equals with the the Creator of everything, and to him we will return

  • @TheConcluziioN you should know that the muslims are the only ones who are following the teachings of Jesus who we call Isa peace be upon him, its not the christians who follow his teachings but they follow from the ones who misguided many, and corrupted the words of Allah swt. They claim that Jesus peace be upon him was god, and that Allah swt has begotten a son, that he is a third of 3, and such claims when Jesus taught only to worship Allah ALONE, and not to assoc partners

  • @TheConcluziioN Quran 19:88 - 19:91

In the name of Allah most merciful most beneficent:

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son."

You have done an atrocious thing.

The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation

That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son.

  • @TheConcluziioN Jesus peace be upon him will stand witness, that you have commited error, and now is our chance to do good and do right, time to get out from the fog and submit yourself to Allah subhannahu wa taala, and there are signs for everybody to see and believe that he is a creator, not to deny him but to submit to him, and that is the meaning of Islam, and to Him we shall return

  • i believe in a god just not the bible :/

  • @sean2kk8 Many people also do. Some of the things written in the Bible are questionable. But I think the message that Jesus had was the most Important.

  • Kid, you are going to love shrooms when you get older haha

  • @TimeSpex Religious people in general, or extremist/fundamentalist Christians?

  • Although I disagree with your opinion, I choose to respect it because we all have our own personal thoughts about matters such as religion. However, none of the following arguments are really getting us anywhere. Can't we just let humanity live their lives? Come on. I'm sick of all of this pointless bickering.

  • I really am glad you're an atheist. good to see young kids with sense. I hate religious people, apart from the ones I have grown up with.

  • I'm 15 years old and i am from Serbia. Been an atheist for 3,4 years now. My opinion on religion is the same, but i must say i'll say it is an fantasy and it can couse more then conflict. I think the world would progress more with lack of religions. Thats just my opinion!! I think that you are very clever and i subscribed to your chanel. Cheers!

  • you only tell one thing, and you repeat it for 6 and a half minutes

  • i am atheist but i also respect peoples views but instead of devoting my life to finding out how it started i just want to live it

  • Evolution has not, can not, and will never be proven. Evolution was scientifically disproven, by scientists, and therefore those "scientists" who still "believe" it do so because they as "scientists" do not want to believe in God because they feel that to believe in God that they would have to disbelieve all science. However, many scientists, both current and in the past, have been Christians.

  • @dandydata hahahahahahhahahhahhahahaha..... you are funny.

  • @dandydata Evolution is a fact.

  • every thing you've just said there i agree with though i am a little more toward science as it makes more sense to me but hey that's the point also i find that Jesus turning things into wine not a very amazing thing to do in my opinion to a drunkard possibly but still a grape plant can do it so whats so amazing about Jesus?

the plant the seed and the tasty fruit

  • Great vid! One thing I think should be pointed out though is that praying for help when a loved one is ill could give hope... but it could be false hope. It could comfort in the short run, but if something goes wrong, the person would feel worse about it than if it was expected.

  • This kid has more common sense then most adults. Good job kid.

  • Wow you read my mind!

  • you are like my twin, you think exactly the same way i think!!! woow! :D

  • Dear Orson, I like this video and I like your style: Candid, honest and with clear thinking. Well spoken! And with most of your observations and conclusions I happen to agree! In my country it's highly unusual to see young people argue so clearly & logically in public in this manner. Please keep up the good work! - - - - - - - Yours sincerely, ------- Dick.

  • Agnostic :D That is what you are.

  • Pastafarianism!

  • Isn't it an absurd chance to take, not believing in the religion that seems at least "the most" reasonable? for instance: if you are an atheist and your wrong, you live eternity in hell. if your a christian and your right, you live eternity in paradise, if your a christian and your wrong, you just die, and nothing happens. so isn't it a bit risky? and there is some controversial sound footage of hell from a mic they sent down a fault line about 5 miles.

  • @parkermoore416 Are you trolling?

  • @disturbedking8 no... why would you think that? I put my opinion on the table in a civilized manner and didn't make fun or try to dash anyone else's opinions.

  • @parkermoore416 You can't state your opinion as if it's fact...

  • @disturbedking8 i believe i can? it's not like im holding a gun to anyone's head saying "be a Christian", seriously. I think you need not to take such offense to my comment in the first place i HONESTLY was just stating my opinion... and part of what i said, even IF i was wrong, was simple true / false logic. so get over yourself, and let me comment the way i want to comment.

  • @parkermoore416 Not to be an ass or anything, but history tells alot of stories in the years just before Christianity's foothold, that Christians in fact did that. Metaphorically... of course there were no guns, but alot of people were killed for not converting. Just saying...

  • @PrettyFlowerInc the same could be said for most religions. it's human nature, not Christianity. Don't let those people be your representation of Christianity.

  • @parkermoore416 I'll let those people be my representation for Christianity because the discussion was Christianity. I'm not going to make a reference to Buddism or Islam when topic was Christianity. And as an added note, trying to defuse the situation with something like that is redundant considering Christianity has the highest kill count out of every religion in history... And yes, it is human nature, guided by a religion.

  • @PrettyFlowerInc Well yes, Christians have killed more people than any other religion, but like maybe 3% of those kills were morally wrong (as in trying to use death as a punishment for NOT being Christian) most of the other kills were like for instance, the very war that made America. And btw, I wasn't TRYING to defuse the situation. Why is everybody ganging up against me? I just put my opinion out there and BAM here comes all the haters to shoot me down.

  • @parkermoore416 I am saying my opinion aswell, I don't mean to appear insulting or rude. You're comment prior had said "it's not like im holding a gun to anyone's head saying "be a Christian"" which is what spurred my comment. And I just want to clarify, I said what I said based on the religion that was the topic at hand. And alot of lives were ended because people didn't believe in Christianity... see what I'm saying? Also, sorry if I came off as an ass.

  • @PrettyFlowerInc awesome then i guess were on the same page

  • @parkermoore416 welcome to the internet

  • I love you. I just love you.

You are mature beyond your years, you present yourself and your beliefs in a civilized manner, you are just fantastic and I wish more teenagers would present themselves as you have in this video.

  • ok this has nothing to do with this video i understand but im not kidding when i say this. i love you. finily someone is right and civilized in this crazy messed up world.

  • I agree with your theory, and your belief. It is very hard to belive in a thing with no information backing it up.Also, science almost always has information backing up its theorys and stuff.Though,as you said,it is not a religion. And yup, harsh words and violence dont help.well theres my beliefs. :)I am not arguing with anyone,i am just stating my beliefs.:) Hope you all had a fantastic day :)

  • N.E.R.D !.!.!

  • @smackmybootie F.A.G!!!

  • @smackmybootie Y.A.Y.!.!

  • how the hell i ended up here while browsing Buckethead videos at 5:34am is beyond me.

but i agree: there's no heaven. no hell. no god/jesus/lucifer/samhein/ganesha/allah/blah blah blah... it's all junk. we were born of science and will die by science.

    -an atheist

  • You are very smart! Good job.

  • Your a very enlightened young man. Personally, I believe in God from a religious perspective but I do not actually believe God created the Universe and all creatures on earth. I believe in the theory of Evolution etc. I believe in Christianity because of the principles in it, the strength it gives me and how it deals a lot with human life, morals, and emotions. keep on making videos like these :)

  • @HistoryLover1550 Well the book of genesis sounds like a mistranslation of the big bang theory.

I was at church last week or the one before and it said something about one day about all the fires in the sky or something like that. It made me think how it might be when the stars die. There was no word for plasma. So fire is the closest word.

Christianity has a lot of good principles and can give good strength as you said. Sadly, not everything is up to date yet. Hopefully one day.

  • You can learn to believe in ..things.. simply you can try to unlearn your prejudicies. reasoning / individual experience...

btw im atheist but ..you know there is more then just believeing or not, or the socio-cultural phenomens of religion..e.x. truth, other things..

  • Very smart video. I like it very much!

  • You are one smart kid. I totally agree what you. People just write nasty comments without thinking. If you disagree with that person then fine, but don't be rude. AWESOME job. This was very interesting and insightful.Keep up with the great word. I know your parents would be very proud of you.

  • You're going to grow up to be a very attractive young woman.

  • @rvdsm i guess rvdsm means: YOU'RE AWESOME

  • @rvdsm Lol I thought it was a women as well xD

  • @0zMovies

I really agree with the most of the things you said in the video,,, anyway I'd like to kno: what is for you (or was for you in this time) "something against the law"? why is this "law" sovereign or worthy to be obeyed? what determines which things are "against... someone else"?

  • Just to let you know, the big bang never claimed to be the genesis of the universe. Quite a few science teacher will put it across in this way, however the Big Bang theory is infact, the reason why the universe is expanding. When an explosion happens energy goes outwards, the big bang is a theory that claims, that already existing matter clashed and exploded, thusly meaning the universe would expand.

  • evolution is a religon, look up on youtube 100 reasons why evolution is stupid after viewing you will feel stupid

  • Religion is something made to explain the unexplained. Fuck Religion.

  • fine. Then it would be harmless as to personal preference. But religion demands respect, power, adherence, influence on gov't, Laws, and special immunity from Rule of Law. And in must places, gets it. As such, even those who don't believe a word of it, have to "respect" it, and many are forced to honor it, some by quite unpleasant means. This, without really having to prove why it deserves this respect, other than strength in numbers. No other philosophical, artistic personal choice demands this

  • I disagree. I think religion is a harmful influence, and retards human progress. This is in the nature of religion itself. Atheism, is simply an abscense of belief in a supernatural God. It is not a religion itself. An atheist is always "willing" to accept there is such a thing, but will not accept it as fact without proof. In other words, faith alone will not do. And just because something is not known, does not change the requirement. If religion could be taken merely as art, music, or fable,

  • but as you are expressing yourself pretty good as defiant47 also said, i think you are a really promising brother of us and make sure that you are on the right way as long as you keep on searching and reading about the subject. but don't forget to live your life also ;)

  • first, i should tell you that in life, you realize that there is something that you can't explain with the science. in the history people found different ways to explain that things. some of them called religions by the people and some of them were just ideas and theories. anyway, i m sure that you will also see such situations in your life and then find your own way to explain them. yes, you are so young and need more experiences for talking more comprehensive about the subject but i think

  • This video may be a year and a half old, but it's the first time I've seen it. I must say though, I'm very impressed by you. You state your positions much better than most adults I've seen when dealing with this issue.

  • i have a question so what do you think happens after death? I like to know people's polictical and views.

  • @ILOVE0ZMOVIES THAT has something to do with extremists partially. The old catholic priests thing however, I agree with you that's just wrong.By getting involved you only cause more problems then we already have.Trying to get everyone to accept each others religion is just too much to ask as humans will never be perfect. You can't please everyone and no matter what anyone does things won't dramatically change the religious world forever.

  • Comment removed

  • يااااويل حااااااااااااااااااااااااااالي ويلاه..يالبى قلبك..فديت مكوتك بس

  • @shadowcatboy Dude, unionkid was so 90's and he was the opposite of Orson when it comes to religious views. Unionkid was totally brainwashed into the jesus cat in the hat cult.

  • I LOVED the video and completely agree with you but.why do you have to state your religious view online where people can hate on you?

  • @dopyrory3 It's called taking a stand for what you believe. Aka courage, (Orson has it in spades) look it up.

  • @ILOVE0ZMOVIES Then why was there need to take a stand?Did someone criticise him that he would need to stand up for it.Religion causes a lot of fights,i like that he stated his views but why was there actually need to?

  • @dopyrory3 Well, lets see. Shiah "Honnor" Murders of islam. Abortion clinic doctors shot dead in the Usa. Laws invading our lives based on religion beliefs. Catholics priests raping children for centuries. Women viewd as property. Shall I go on? Is the world better us keeping quiet about being athiest/agnostic so that the sickness of this world wide delusions continues to degrade humanity? You have an obligation to fight against evil in the world, speak up.

  • @ILOVE0ZMOVIES religion will always cause problems until scientists can explain what was here before the big bang and all the way to the start of any sort of existence.

  • @dopyrory3 So your solution is until science shows with evidence where the universe comes from is that we should just let people who essentially are harry potter fans on steroids run the planet? Let me explain to you that even after science explains the origin of the universe religion will try to put your testicles in a cage with a string tied to their finger. Get started now standing up for your rights because nothing will convince a lunatic he is wrong in his beliefs.

  • @ILOVE0ZMOVIES Its a good thing i's atheist then...

  • @dopyrory3 amen brother

  • I totally agree with you! You talk about religion so open-mindedly, which most people never do. I give you major props for this video. I am the same way with things like religion, and most other things. I don't care what other people want to do and believe as long as they aren't hurting others. I, myself, don't really believe in organized religion either, but I am right with ya when I say, more power to the people who are confident in their beliefs. Good video. :)

  • If religious beliefs were evidential then no-one would need to believe because religious claims would simply be true. Religious claims, however, are fantasy, and so unlikely to be true that we can ignore them. The nature of non-evidential religious claims is always such that Faith is required. We should not believe in anything because matters that are evidential do not require belief. Stark

  • Your accent makes you sound a lot more mature and polite.

Coming from an American, people your age sound like bratty twats.

  • I believe in your penguin-hunchbag that it is holding in your door.

  • Jesus believe in you

  • listen little kid when Jesus walked this earth many people asked for miracles and he did so many that he is the only man who ever changed the human course, so about the wine, that's only one of the thousands. i really hope that u read this, look life stared in the garden of eden with a man and a woman not a MONKEY!!!!

  • @marasalvatrucha Fuck off you backwards retard, first of all there was no jesus just like there was no archetype that created superman or batman, second there was no garden of Eden you daft fuck, and third humans and primates branched from a common ancestor, humans did not come from monkies. Go to school before you try to stand up for your great grandfathers screwy beliefs.

  • Loved your video. The only thing that I felt I should tell you was when you said "...if the whole world was Christian, there wouldn't be no conflict on religion." I would just like to point out that there are many forms of Christianity (Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Baptist, Pentecostal, etc.)

Hopefully I let you in on something you did not know before.

    P.S. Loved the video.

P.P.S. I love your accent... no pedo

  • @BUJO251 Disregard the word "no" in my quote. I am aware it is a double-negative.

  • @BUJO251 you say that as if pedos cant love his accent in a platonic way.

  • Nice video, I like your style.. I'm Muslim, you might like to read about my religion, it's not a spam or anything, just read, you might brighten your thoughts or something, dunno. Here's this website quran explorer dot com slash quran .. Please surf on it, and I'd like to hear your opinion. After you read .. Thanks mate :)

  • Fantastic video!!!

  • fyi God an jesus have been proved in many cultures ancient texts do a little studying an u will see wat i mean

  • I believe the universe was formed by a gargantuan cosmic nose that sneezed without a hanky.

  • Can't tell if girl or boy

  • @thesoundsoflaughter he a boy lol

  • I think you might be an early Cave Johnson.

  • (3) finally,

i like about u that u start thinking, but u must learn more, read more, understand more, ask him, talk to her, observe them and try always to notice every follower from other religions and compare, sure u'll find an answer

I invite u to read about Islam the Sun'na.

Quran never changed, worship one god, but try to ensure from Info. sources of where u take 'em , and it'll b better to have 'em from central islamic in Ur country and 've comfortable conversations.

    "finding truth journey"

  • (2)

there're many basic rules we all depend on 'em ... like creation things, we can't take fires, wood, steel, and some special environment with some wind and wait for a car to be built up by a big or small bang! we have to create it.. nothing become in organized and very well accuracy in time, and sizes, and continuity by only stupid big bang!!

-what we 've 2 know is, there's always deferent between religion and followers..

our brains help us to think, hearts help us to step when we confused!

    2

  • (1)

if there're many things beger than us, it'll B hard to understand.

in other hand, since a person was child till he become on edge of end of his life, he gives many and many ideas and 've many visuals about things depending on his age, how he grown up, read and many factors he faces.

i observed that u talk about Christianity and what've u seen about, read logically about other religions step by step.. u even don't 've a lot of experiment about life...so, don't say about what u see...

    "Com.1"

  • ohww you most gonna fack your mother !!

  • ''In my mind science isn't a religion because it can't explain how the first big bang started''

What do you mean by this?

  • @Tippitapitus he means (i think) that religion tries to give all the answers when it really proves none (it only commands us to believe what the bible says). Science only gives answers it can prove using scientific method even if some of the most sought after answers still elude us.

  • I don't believe in religion either :D good we are on the same page. I like your "I cunt" accent :D cool...

  • When you say that people should be able to believe whatever they want unless it goes "against the law" or is "evil," who judges this? Whose law or morality do we adopt? Is there no such thing as unjust or evil laws? There are certainly contradictory and even unjust civil laws, too, no?

  • @Geremia08 That is a very good point, however there are some things that are obviously wrong. I don't know if you've ever read "Carrie" by Stephen King, but in it Carries mother locks her in a cupboard for hours or sometimes days to make her pray. There isn't really anyway things like that can be justified. But there are things that are hard to distinguish from good or evil, and in some countries laws do seem unjust.

  • @Geremia08 I would think that something like morality would have to come down to what human rights we give ourselves. If we can all agree that every human deserves the right to live, then great, we can cross off "murder" and place it on the "Immoral List." Or that every human deserves the right to speak their mind, then we can put "punching someone because they said they don't like your shoes" also on the "Immoral List."

I personally believe more in rights than I do morality.

  • @kmerrill4444 Well, we certainly don't all agree on these things. That's why the criterion shouldn't be what we think but what actually is in reality. Do you believe there is an objective moral standard that we can know? Viz., are our judgments of good and evil based on objective reality or they merely subjective and up to personal preferences?

  • Re "If the whole world were Christian there would be no conflict over religion" Not true. Look at some world history to see inter sect conflict at almost every turn. Interesting vid tho.. thumbs up.

  • Part 10: So it brings us back to the statement of religion. religion isn't to blame. We are the ones that choose to believe it.

  • Part 9: But then we see these mental arguments erupt to things that make us physically hurt ourselves and take our own lives because we believe something someone tells us is true and that leads us to change our own thoughts. Such as if my mother were to tell me not to eat watermelon seeds because watermelons would grow in my stomach. This is a thought that someone else placed into my head that changed my actions. But they didn't do anything. I did it to myself.

  • Part 8: Ignorant because we think our religion is correct and not think that another religion was the same as ours in the first place. The truth is all religions share a common goal. To teach humans. To place a common goal in their lives. To establish some form of gift for work and salvation for pain. We are ignorant to think that sitting behind a computer screen and argue with another person and speak our mind because we know that they wont physically do something to us.

  • Part 7: We are greedy, and ignorant. Greedy that we cannot step back and help those in need, greedy that when we see the poor children on our television sets, we don't do shit. Greedy that in everything we do, its because of the choices we make, such as to wear a certain shoe to show off our wealth. Ignorant to think that we are better than someone because of our color. Ignorant because we think that we can say negative things to others and yell at others for saying them to us.

  • Part 6: If this is true, then why does it cause conflict, Religion cannot cause conflict, it can only change a persons thoughts. We are the ones that place conflicts in religion and hide behind its curtains to use it as a defense. We are the reasons that the world is the way it is and not because of anything else. Because if you think about it, we all think the same. Even if we try to hide our similarities through skin color or dialect, we are all the same.

  • Part 5: Humanity in truth is just a word we humans disguise ourselves to be, in order to cover up our mistakes and horror. Humanity is actually the dark side of us shown everyday, through our actions and everyday struggles. "We just want to get by". This really means we just want to move on and forget everything else. Religions were a way to deal with this, and to teach us virtues that would balance our lives. It is seen through every type of scripture, religion is a way to teach us how to live.

  • Part 4: these attributes were truthfully shown through by people like mother Teresa, who gave up her entire life to help Lepers and the poor. She didn't ask for these things back. It was people like these we in society look up to. not because we want to be like them because in reality, are you truly ready to give up everything? But these people are a symbol of hope and a beacon for life and humanity. The word humanity tossed around like it is a pure being.

  • Part 3: This leaves many questions on a side note as to did anything that happened to anyone else really matter to you, or would you rather take care of yourself and live your life normally. Most people would pick the second choice. There are of course the rare few who would pick choice one. These people include God. now if you take into example that maybe he did it for popularity, or maybe it was for actual generosity, to feed the poor and tend to the sick.

  • Part 2: When i was a young child, filled with wonder, and curiosity i learned that society bases their opinions and life around greed and ignorance. The same greed and ignorance that has led this world through roadblocks and different ideas. For example if you take more personal note into example, do you ever stop at a light to pass another driver yelling at their child, or to think about a murderer and think, I wonder what led them to do this. You may answer yes, but do you really care?.

  • Ima christian, expressing no bias against any other belief but stating my own. Although my words may sound ironic and or hypocritical it is only my opinion. It is in my speculation that religion was created as a way of storytelling and a form of communication between other humans. It was a way of trans-versing culture and mixing society that helped the world communicate. Although I am a Christian i do question my own beliefs but i think of religion as a form of peace and a way to cope with life.

  • You are smarter than most of the people on the planet kid. Keep up the good videos.

  • Religion is way different than faith. Just keep that in mind.

  • @SNAKESOAP117 Are you a Buddhist? Wanna ask. When you pray to him, does he answer, and to you have a relationship with him? The good thing about christianity is you can come just as you are, and God will forgive. He loves you just as you are.

    Watch this:D

  • @SNAKESOAP117 good question! God doesn't care what religion you come from, he loves you so much, and he just want's to fill you with his love and spirit. And believe me, God is real.

And i can tell you why. Once i was in a youth services, a women i didn't even knew said that God told her that someone had Asthma and he was gonna get healed. And i went forward, and they prayed for me, and i don't have Asthma anymore. I even went to a doctor and he said i wasn't sick anymore

    Plz, give God 10 min.

  • Simple: If you want to find God, then seek him! Call upon Jesus, and pray that he will fill you with his Holy Spirit. Give God 10 minutes!

  • the big bang is a theory therefor not proven...

  • @vannah2721 As should you, because you're fucking idiotic

  • I agree with what you're saying here. It's nice that you're able to respect other people's beliefs...it's a rare trait nowadays. Though I may have certain religious beliefs of my own, I think your opinion is very logical, and intelligent. I hope you can go far in life with this. ^ ^

  • I really agree with what you've been saying. Personally for me, I like to think I believe in a Paradise after death, but like you, I can only truly believe in things that have been proven to me. You are very smart, and I liked the way you worded everything in this video to make it impossible for anyone to find offense in it without trying really really hard to be offended (: Good job!

  • this video is kinda old,

but i r e a l l y wish more people were like you, i mean, really however old you were/are when you made this video, you're more mature than 80% (or more) of the people i know.

  • Right on 0z!!

  • There is a lot of scientific evidence that the universe and everything in it came into existence quickly. So much so, that scientists only conclusion as to how this happened was that it exploded into existence: the big bang. However, scientists then say that it took billions of years for the universe to get how it is today as there is great statistical issues with the level of complexity & integration in existence today happening by chance. The obvious answer is there was a designer >> Creator

  • If it wasn't for African-Americans in the United States disobeying the law, many of which were religious (MLK was Baptist), they would still be segregated physically from society and killed for racist reasons in huge numbers.

  • For example, in many countries in this world there are laws which would prevent congregations from forming a church body, meeting in public, distributing bibles, literature, etc. Under penalty of jail and/or death. So they are actually moral in disobeying those laws.
