I own the tv series and recently found out that they were edited into tv movies with new introductions by Roddy McDowell as Galen and was wondering where i could get them if any one knew.

@Hassleinbooks "Hassliein"?? As in Dr. Otto Hasslein? Eric Breardon ROCKS! He was GREAT as Forbin. I thought it was cool when Urko and Burk(I think) got trapped together in the ruined subway. McDowell was brilliant in and out of make-up! CURSE YOU , You DADBURN Dirty Absalomos!!! By the way, was Charlton Heaston's uncredited cameo in the mediocre Tim Burton a GREAT hollywood moment?! I thought that was a masterstroke of casting GENIUOS!

i loved it when i was a kid brings back mems lol even had the action figures ha ha still got urko in the attic he got no boots but he still got his purple tights and jacket those were the days. :)

I never missed this show as a kid,. The only episode I remember was one where 2 of the main human characters were helping some apes with a pregnant cow. One of the apes was ringing a bell because he said that would make the calf a bull. At the end, the cow had twin bulls. Anybody know if that really happened on an episode or is this "memory" a product of my mispent college years?

I remember this show. It was on in the early evenings where I lived. Then it disappeared. I remembered it as being pretty good when I was young.

I loved watching this show but of course the mainstream boring public didnt want it. The same goes for Star Trek. A good show comes on
