One complaint: This video never wants to play the whole way through for me. Yes, I know that has to be youtube and not you, but it is worth noting: I have never once managed to watch the whole thing from beginning to end. It keeps freezing. And, no, not at the same spot. Right now, for example, it's stopped at 35 seconds into it, and the last time it stopped at close to 7 minutes in.
