@simcaP60fan Hi, These can be purchased at model shops in the UK and Japan, most likely elsewhere also. The speed is adjusted by a controller that was built in New Zealand with some sort of electronics in it. Sorry I can not help more at the moment as this belongs to a friend whos on holiday.
