i live 5 blocks from chicago fie stadium (toyota park) n ive seen many games n MLS is a very low level of soccer.

chicago fire would be the worst team if they were placed in premieship league or spanish primera.

MLS rules prevent them from being big spenders. This is why they don't have a chance. Just wait a couple generations, I guess.

correct. MLS teams can afford to have a good starting XI but it drops a lot when you go to the bench. Even if MLS kept max a player could earn low (i.e. 450k) but raised the salary cap so there could be more of those players, the league and team would be much better. If you have 2 injuries and 1 player out of form from your starting XI your team quality falls dramatically.
