Also, all the people that ate the Islanders obviously don't know hockey for shit. The Pens, Caps, And Blackhawks all sucked ass or didn't stand a chance until they got thier draft picks. (Crosby, Ovie, Kane?) So really, STFU.

Im Canadian, so I say this with some impartiality, but I enjoy seeing a Swiss guy in the top 10 draft pool. I'd like to see more of the Swiss. They are starting to become a threat at the IIHF and Olympic level. I enjoy their determination.

@agonizedfever I'm actually a Flames fan too but I like to see more Swiss presence in the NHL. I sort of tire of seeing the same countries who can really compete on international levels. I still want Canada to win every tourney, but I'd like to see the Swiss rise in competition

I traveled 7-800 miles round trip to Prince George, BC from Terrace, BC to see him play the PG Cougars and it was worth it. I cannot be happier that he is an Islander. We are ALL Islanders!!!
