Side man for John Lee Hooker for4 many years and helped form Johns career ,Eddie is still alive today but not performing anymore as far as i know ive seen him 2 times ,Hes also friends with Harmonica Shah a local Harmonica legond here in the D who is still active i know i play with him thanks forthe post its real genuine Detroit blues
Well, that's cool! Say hi to him! He stayed in my house for some weeks when we were doing gigs in Holland and Belgium in 1988. Great guy and lots of fun! Are you the fire fighter?
Did a lot of gigs with Eddie in 1987/1988 while he stayed at my place in Holland. He had some hard times with a certain harp player ('You think he's fruity?' He's nuts!!) and so did I... Awsome sense of humour! Lost his adress but please say hi to the great man from Chalmers.
