  • Krakatoa>>>East of Java.

  • Ho my GOD!!! to close for me!!!

  • Almost as much pyroclastic flow as 9/11. Just as explosive!

  • I thought the title said Anal not Anak. :(

  • 22 people got too close

  • This is the biggest Volcanic eruption in human history spewing out 400,843 cubic km of material

  • 1 nothing 2 nothing 3 nothing 4 nothing 5 nothing 6 pedo 7 nothing 8 nothing

  • obiously the film-maker is oblivious to the laws of gravity i.e whats goes up must come down.

  • thumbs up if kept replaying at 0:24 just to hear him chuckle over and over again...

  • @riceicles123 YES IT DOES! to me anyhow!

  • If these people would have known what happened to Krakatoa back in 1883, they would have been praying for their lives... on their knees..

  • ...As the octopi below wait further out: (See~they have a sense for it, and come back afterward to eat the dead fish, which are frequently killed from the volcanic debris)

  • @kooljoolz hahaha.. LOL ..

  • Awesome laugh

  • Awesome eruption....!!!!!

  • fók

  • brandoncats, Krakatoa is on a separate island in the Sunda Straight between the islands of Java and Sumatra, it is not on Java (they have enough volcanoes there, as it is!)

  • Thats Dangerous!

  • Looks like at 0:00 and pause it it looks like a Lizard

  • Krakatoa Hapenned in INDONESIA , java island.. 26 August 1883, 160 more islands attacked by tsunami too.. now krakatoa still active in Indonesia, and i wish that tragedy never happen again in INDONESIA

  • @brandoncats i hope so bro... because my place is 100 miles over it now

  • maaan!. you're very close at there... how's the weather does?

  • And here cones the pyroclastic flow to eat you up...

  • Weren't you thinking that the column of ash might collapse or didn't you know enough about eruptions to be scared?

  • no explosion

    pyroclastic flow

  • That so closes! how did you get any permittion to get this place when its errupted ?

  • "Fuck. Fuck. Hell uz big explosion. Mwahahah!!"

  • Had that plume of ash collapsed onto itself and become a pyroclastic flow, you would have been history in less than a second, dude... you have cohones, that's for sure...

  • Anak Krakatoa is a historical volcano the one then known as Krakatoa in 1883 made the most loudest bang ever on record when it completely blown it's entire top, what the publisher saw in this video was a small rebuild of it's former glory and witnessed a small but rather large piece of history. Got there at the right place and most certainly at the right time.

  • Man, adventures one thing but you guys were too close in the boat. That could have ended badly. Any volcano in that area is gonna be unpredictable when erupting, and given that Volcano's particular history..... Great footage though, and i'm kinda jealous when i leave my sensible head to one side

  • LOL jab young woong u suck!

  • 26 sec killed me LOOl

  • Fuck...

  • I always want to show this video to students, and then I can't because of the language. It's good footage though. :)

  • @auronlu

Just mute the video at the beginning then :)?

  • i live near it !

  • omg, did he say "F**K" on the beginning? LOL

  • lol kool vid!

  • This vid was shot during my travels

    through Taiwan, Malaysia, Sumatra,

    Java, Bali, Flores and Lombok.

    I have experienced PURE adventure.

    Go...go and get Yours too.

  • @happychapdoteu i agree, must have been wonderful, this adventure, gimme your boat and i ll do it too, cheers

  • @happychapdoteu Indonesia ;)

  • @happychapdoteu you're an idiot

  • радости полные штаны)))

  • omg at 0:26 hes sounds like a pedophile

  • @Dabeastlyfish omg u study pedophiles way too much..

  • @Dabeastlyfish i didnt know that they have there own sounds

  • @Dabeastlyfish eww you weirdo

  • @Dabeastlyfish How does he sound like a pedophile? You people are so fucking stupid.

  • "Fuck that was big explosion muahahoaohoahoahooahoaohahaaa"

  • Amazing shot. I would've been scared those pyroclastic flows would come after me.

  • Whoops!

  • Epic Laugh 00:24

  • really big..!!!

  • VOLCANO ANGRYYYYY

  • teehee

    anak = child

sooo technically this is the big krakatoa's child (= awwhh soo cute. LOL

  • lol Fuck is right my man hahahaha

  • that would be badass if i was there

  • It appears to me like the boat is 5 to 10 miles from the Anak. At that distance a minor eruption (happen all the time there) is not a problem. If Krakatoa blew up like it did in 1833, then he'd have been toast. In any case there is no warning, so one either avoids the area altogether or takes the miniscule chance, and if your time is up, you bend over, stick your head between your legs and kiss it all goodbye. Why worry about it?

He now has something to show the grandkids, with sound off.

  • ...

    FUCK!

  • emocionante!!!!

  • Krakatau Festival XX 2010 : Krakatau Tour by Ferry from Bakauheni to Anak Krakatau will be held on July 25 2010. I am coming Anak Krakatau !

  • Me and my friends did a report using PowerPoint on this Volcano for our Science Class

  • FUCK!

  • When Anak Krakatoa grows to it's pre 1883 size it probably will go BOOM again only to regrow again..

  • anak krakatau grows 5 feet a year... it's HUGE!

  • @BabyZora

it actually grows 20-40 feet a year

  • thats so cool nice vid

  • hahahah fuuck :D

  • fuckn slack jawed yokels

  • that was big explosion mwhahahaha!!!

  • Rofl lucky bastard is lucky it did not pop like it did in the 1800s.

  • nice dutch accent lol

  • "The was a big explosion" ***mwahhaahhhahaaha**

  • its raining black crap

  • dude shouldnt you be running...

  • Famous First Word as a Volcano Erupts once again muttered:

    Fuck

  • nice try but im not looking for fake computerized eruptions

  • is the man laugh or cry ,,,,i think booooooooth !!!!!!!!!

  • 0:26

I love his laugh at the face of danger!! XD

  • gooffy ? my spellings terrible

  • lol that laugh sounds like goofy

  • FUUCK

  • this is a very active volcano . it errupts every week or months ?

  • If it really exploded they would be screwed by falling rock and magma :P

  • why the fuck are u like so close to the mountain, if that thing really had a major eruption you would be screwed. I bet that's why he was saying fuck all the time.

  • he goes FUCK at the start xDDD

  • uh........bit fuckin close to this mountain 'ya think? christ. id' get the fuck outta there in a hurry. moron, sitting there, like 1/2 mile from the shoreline here, with this thing erupting. and he's staring up at it with a dumb, stunned, "Fuck" expletive coming out his piehole. that friggin' mountain would go off, and you'd be cindered in a heartbeat, enveloped in a pyroclastic cloud, within seconds. unreal.

  • 0:25 lol

  • FUHUCK!

  • Fuck lol

  • r u in water

  • ferrrrk-- what are big explosion hahahahahahaha. Commentator is called Dimbo Bloggins

  • facccck... aaaraa big explotionn! uuhhahaahahaaha

  • this guy sounds too stupid to speak. no wonder all he can say is f***

  • He has no balls !! , he simply is a very stupid idiot. hear the way he laughs, thats his brain emotionally reacting, beceause it doesnt know whats happening.

  • Damn dude you have balls of steel, I would pooped so hard.

  • After I saw Dante's Peak I've become slightly reluctant about being in a boat close to a volcano.

  • he's dutch, at least he sounds like one.

  • "hehehehehehe" then a rock hits him in the head... thats when he will really be saying "fuuuuuuuuuuuck" lol

  • that looks like black and white ice cream shape cones going up to the sky

  • @deelightandbright. I'm Australian and the guy in the vid is a definite Brit, no question

  • ... well, I'm a Brit and I don't think he is. He does sound a bit redneck

  • 5 stars for the laugh

  • Australian, stupid gits.

  • Yes because the only word in your vocabulary that you use more often is "fuck"

  • that exactly how i would have reacted.

    fuuuuuuck

  • LOL @ the redneck filming this, bit far from Alabama don't you think?

  • LOL right at the beginning FUUUCKK

  • I think explosive eruptions like ones of the vulcanian, strombolian, or plinian type are a lot more fascinating to watch than boring lava flows from Hawaiian volcanoes. Anak Krakatau is one of my favorites. And by the way, those pyroclastic flows aren't the best thing to be videotaping up close. They can travel over water too!

  • why the hell are they still living on that peice o shit island?!?!

  • he is either a redneck or a mentaly challengd brit

  • not a mentally challenged Brit he almost sounds Dutch or something.

  • @Nogorn

LOL! That's exactly what I thought too.I mean seriously...What's with the idiot laugh and all the cursing?

  • WAW ,,amazing pyroclastic flows ! it's called "LAHAR" in Indonesia and south east Asia ! the grey volcanoes "Explosive" are most dangerous than Shield volcanoes."Hawaiian".

  • @lookgooddz: Ummmm, lehars are the mud flows that result from melted snow and rain water mixing with fresh ash flowing downhill under gravity.

  • @puncheex Yes true !! for EG "El Nevado Del ruiz" colombia ,,and Armero tragedy 1985 !

  • @lookgooddz: OK, we agree on that. A pyroclastic flow, OTOH, is a mixture of hot gasses and ash, usually the result of a collapsing vertical Plinian column. A pyroclastic flow may have temperatures as high as 1000 F near the column, and a speed of up to several hundred km/hr. Gasses include steam, H2S, CO, CO2, and normal air components. Flows are more extreme close to the column and dissipate with range.

Flows and lehars are two different things.

  • @puncheex Thank you Sir !! didn't know that ! Pyroclastic flow can be the result of collapsing a lava dome or a landslide (St Helen 1980).

  • he was just like ( fuuuuck)

  • the place were the boat is and all the sea you can see in the video, before the first explosion on 26 august 1883 was a beautiful island .. Anak Krakatoa is all that was left... the shockwaves from the explosion reverberated around the globe 7 times.... the biggest explosion on human history..

  • @rolopreto

    Wow! That must have been...intense.

  • ahahah i almost piss myself with that laugh men!! xD

  • lol evil genius laugh

  • evil laugh dude :P

  • bigger explosion that krakatoa erupts up close!!!

  • he's not afraid?

  • Why be afraid?

  • @StickfoProductions

he maybe was talking about rocks that got blowed in the air and could hit him. anyway its luck even on a mile distance. no risk no fun

  • @Kanya021098 he is afraid, why do you think he was like "fuck" the whole time.

  • @Kanya021098 ROFLMAO

  • Ive heard that one time when it has been burst, people have heard it from Africa.

  • That might be the most famous eruption of krakatoa back on 26-27th august 1883 when it sent such a major shockwave that it was recorded to have been heard as far away as china and japan. There was also a major wave that washed out nearby towns, and mass rocks were tossed out for miles. That eruption completely devastated the indonesian islands. It was amazing to hear about but unfortunately, the damage of it was absolutely horrendous.

  • @UnionMetalhead I know, wasn't that one of the highest sounds ever documented in human history? I've heard it blew up tho entire island (wrong facts, though), and that the sound of the explosion could be heard in Australia too. This maybe be wrong though, but I still think it's amazing

  • @UnionMetalhead notto mention the following winter and crop failures

  • @UnionMetalhead Not uncommon for the sound wave to travel around the entire earth as much as 7 times.

  • @UnionMetalhead The pressure wave was recorded all around the would until 5 days after, and the eruption caused global temperatures to fall to up to 1.2 degrees Celsius. Weather didn't return to normal until 1888 =\.

  • @AzothAkanian it doesnt surprise me. pinatubu declined the climate by 0.5 degrees after the mass 1991 eruption too, i think tamborini was the devastater recorded on the highest scale causing a year without summer 1815ish

  • @AzothAkanian or was it 1814? my memory is bad nowadays

  • @UnionMetalhead wiped out towns with tsunami 21 miles away this is definately not that eruption because the eruption your talking about wipe out the entire island

  • @srorasco1 i was referring to the 1883 eruption. im aware that anak hasnt (to my knowledge at least) caused this (yet), though i believe this is the son of krakatoa on the same island (the replacement for the island that was obliterated). i believe anak replaced it in a smaller younger format. if my memory serves me correctly anway (questionable these days lol)but thanks for the extra input there :)

  • 0:22 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • lol creepy laugh

  • how many times has the acuall krakatoa eruped like i kow there was one Hugde one but like ive never heard of it since my teacher called me krakatoa in class cause im very noisy and i just burst out talking :P so how many times has it erupied and why is there a nother one called krakatoa anuk? answer my question is u can thankx :D
