First, parents should not lose their fundamental rights to the care, custody and control of their children without a compelling state interest. Second, child support laws in their current state amount to indentured servitude. Third, there is a huge equal protection issue when it comes to the grossly disproportionate number of women who are granted custody. Lawyers like this promulgate the problem.
