  • tut huh... kids!

  • In the 1970's we did have one run up against a D9G running... with a flat tire... the kids managed to make it move...

  • We had 2 of these... seemed you had to push pretty hard on the pedal to get it to go. I can see how they could get the bowl up, but the brakes off and in gear and reved up to move... and yes they are very slopply machines, I can't keep the on a 16 foot wide road! They are all gone to the blast furnace now!

  • Glad to see British kids can be as stupid as American ones, lol.

  • @Nodak81 dont forget the canadians and french too lol

  • TS24 used to drive a TS40 much larger. Who left the key in the ignition? Brakes lock on until air pressure is at safe level controls top lever lifts bowl kids would pull this just for laughs it will move with no air pressure up. So lets say kids bang it in gear and it has no air brake it being a oldie it will have no brake.. Scrapers are a pig to keep in a straight line and this thing is bouncing so round in circles we go. Starting the back engine that never happened Walt Disney

  • What a load of Bull!.

Lets see, so, they started it, knew it was necessary to built up the air in order for the air-operated throttles to work, knew how to start the independantly started rear engine an so on, jumped six feet to the ground while it was in motion, so who changed the transmission up to get it going that speed, who held the throttles down, and jumped off it at speed and didn't get hurt, what a load of rot. Total rot!

  • fuck that's scary...

  • Soon to be banned in britain, earth movers and childern.

  • faggy cops

  • Run Forest Run!!!!

  • bloody hell he can run!

  • I chased after my tractor wile going down the hill and stopped it before it hit a car, felt so accomplished at eleven :)

  • When my dad was a kid his dad had an old station wagon in their backyard and his dad told him if he got it running he can have it. So he got some of his older friends to help him just get it running and it took 3-4 months but once he got it running, it was blowing smoke everywhere and stalling but he got some books and put them in the seat and he got in and he drove the car onto the road and actually got a few miles before the cops stopped him and took him back to his dad and his dad grounded h

  • MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE!!!

  • At 3:00 their was a cameraman on it!! Why didn't he do something to stop the darn thing??

  • @popnstart cuz it wasnt actually run away...

  • anybody else do that as a kid?

  • ELLO Guvnuh! I do believ we awe inna bit ofa fuck..

  • tragically the kids were killed under a stampede of terrified sheep

  • Never seen a Terex start up that quick either!

  • Nevr leav kies in a car or equipmnt unattended!

  • haha those kids are funny

  • maybe a digger ate your baby. -australian accent ;) and the austin powers spokes person makes this vid worthwhile. PSA dont let your kids play with heavy machinery... and if they do, well, dont help them. stay on the other side of the fence and call someone miles away! lol

  • maybe a digger ate your baby. -australian accent ;)

  • 4.30.. 'if the machine hit the main road anything could happen' ????? hmmmm lay an egg do you think?

  • My names Mrs Jones and I love a man in a uniform.

  • the only thing that would have stopped that detroit powered monster was if it ran out of diesel

  • i love how do the re-enactment and get it to smash through stuff lol

  • idiots calling a trex motor scraper a digger, and u just have to drop the bowl and it would stop one lever to pull and it stops

  • Why didn't the camera man that was on board stop it or steer it?

  • Parents should have their ass beat.

  • Those kids needed a damn strong telling off. And made to pay for the damage caused from their pocket money for the next, oh I dunno, thousand years or so...

  • they should have gotten a good ass whipping

  • Best way to stop a TS 24 dead? Show it some hard graft!!!!

  • brave man thats all i can say

  • never seen a terex go that straight yet

  • good thing my dad showed me how to run that same model of scraper when i was younger. BTW brakes arent worth a shit on something that big DROP THE BUCKET!

  • i was thinking the same and how did they keep the revs up and sort the back engine n all

  • @lovepogues you can pull start the rear motor by driving forward with the front engine

  • My question is,how did they know how to raise bowl, release the brakes and put it in to gear?????????

  • @maplemanz pushing and puling evry single stick in it -_-

  • @maplemanz Or better yet how to jam the foot feed to get it to move on it's own or the right one to jam ,theres two accelerator pedals one for the frount engine and one for the rear asumeing they didn't start the rear engine .. Quite a feat since the accelerator pedals are air ,no linkage to jam a brick or rock would have bounced off over a short distance as rough as these things ride.. Lots of unanswerd questions that amount to more than just children at play .....

  • @maplemanz They probably didn't know, but kids will often hit any levers and switches to see what they do.

  • @maplemanz probably like a bunch of monkys. sooner or later they are gonna throw some shit. or the operator left the bowl up and they just had to start and put in gear. I know a dumbass that got a combine going and put it in a golfcourse's creek.....
