Good points. Your emphasis is that it does not work 100% of the time, although positive thinking is good but not everything. I agree. The secret has uses for those low on self-esteem. Depressed, doubtful ppl do not have the positive energy to fix their problems. A 100% positive video can help a person like this feel better. To question either this man or The Secret means that neither will work for you. What a perfect way to get around the whole notion of "proof". Hi, I barely post comments but I wanted to mention a few things regarding what you said. First of all The Secret was called this way because the idea has been around for ages but never quite made the popular breakthrough. Second, the main point of the secret is that positive thinking will attract situations which are convenient for you to get what you want. Third, even if you are strongly opposed to the message it is trying to convey ask yourself what's so bad about it if people become happier?
