I will never forget the time i was at a set of lights with my 8 year old son.When these 2 stoner guy's in a 1987-1989 Vette pulled up beside us & Laughing at us in my 1989 sho just the look on the guy's face when i started passing him coming out of 2nd gear into 3rd my son could not stop lol. This was the only time i ever showed my son the sho power. still today he talks about that day .

@PRO50MUSTANGS yep set the timing and welded them. never had a problem since. want to get ym hands on one of those and graft it into a minivan lol. for giggles lol. but want to be able to put a v8 decal on it, and be truthful

Either gen1 or 2. They have the same engine, and the body didnt change enough to matter. Just get a manual car, and put the automatic sho motor into it. Check out my other videos.

I hear 2nd gens are fast! Im looking to get one but are they as fast as everyone says? Im getting a Taurus but don't know which year is best. Can somebody help me out?

they are quite quick for what they are. I have a gen 2. Some mods like exhaust and whatnot. Will beat a stock foxbody mustang pretty easily.

theyre cheap to purchase (mine was $1700 with 108k miles) but.... parts are expensive. one of my idler pulley bearings went out and it was a $40 part. they are quite cheap to insure though, and you can get 20mpg if ur careful

i could have but i didnt want to make it seem like beating the new gt was easy stock. that sho was modded and those GT's are puttin out 300hp and 320tq. 3.2lv6 vs 4.6lv8.

that clips portrays the sho very well in a str8 line. plus its the same color as my sho:)
