No the snare is on counts one and three instead of two and four. The beat is in double time but on the wrong count.

I've heard a lot of remixes, but I lack the musical terminology to explain why this one is unique. The vocals come in a little bit late. They're shifted 4 beats over or something. It makes it a little bit awkward at times, but it works out for most of the song.
