To the critics saying the sound and video doesn't match here and there:

Keep in mind this is filmed from several angles. That means the drums were recorded in a different session than what you might see.

Funny idea and fantastic work on the editing and synchronising with the sound. Must have been a hell of a work. Brilliant man! I love it.

I play the alto sax so i really dont know anything about percussion, but from what I heard DUDE YOU OWN ! You should have won! You're so much better then the winner. And you put style into it. You must have worked hard to accomplish this ! I video-taped my 7 yr old brother playing some powertour guitar he got for christmas playing this song. He actually got some of the the rhythms correct I was surprised since he's only a 7 yr old !

This is very easy and I'm not kidding! If you're inquisitive to learn this song, its possible! He's just only using simple drum patterns and a little bit of variations to make it more dyncamic. Love it!

I recorded the whole thing several times, each time from a different angle. Then I painstakingly edited the video clips together using Nero Vision and put the pre-recorded sound behind the finished video. Synching the video to the pre-recorded track was tricky, but worth the effort. Thanks for checking it out!

It is apparent that he recorded his part in a studio (to get an excellent quality recording and mix and sync it with TSO), and then he "mimed" over it for the video. Nothing wrong with that. Very well done.

I will admit, I watched him very closley, but I know the song very well, and I believe that it is real. His video editing was probably off by .15 seconds, which, you can tell at the beginning, but he is hitting the drums, and it was exactly like the recording. SO I SAY. GOOD JOB!!!

Yes, it´s fake, there are some clues, but the clearest one is at 3:09 to 3:11, pay attention to that part and to the sound of the snare and you will too see it´s fake!

if you ask me it is fake, one part he didn't play his ride when it was played, he played the hi-hats, also one of his fills on the snare at the end wasn't correct, and he grabbed his cymbals on some and when he didn't grab them, it sounded exactly the same as if he'd grabbed it, i don't know that is my opinion just watch it and pay close attention
