More than likely, she simply got tired of dyeing it, and found the train accident a suitable excuse to stop. Records suggest the train accident didn't actually hurt her, yet a later car accident did.

yeah im a relative and the first time i heard of her being in my family i was deturmed to get a gun and start following in her footsteps by learning to shoot :D
