I only know about two myself. At 2:58, Goonswarm was infiltrated and disbanded (or something to that effect) which caused them to lose the entirety of their then empire in one fell swoop. At 3:35 Red Alliance has rebuilt their strength (and consequently, atlas alliance has stagnated) to the point where they can retake insmother. Something I warned atlas about, but I guess they were too busy shooting renters or whatever the fuck to notice.

Can somebody who has good knowledge of EVE Online alliance history please post a comment on the major changes of the map? Such as simply putting the time and the name of the campaign / incident / event / other which took place to change the map in such a drastic way?
