@Sasherra That isn't true at all. The red cross just released a report regarding the 0.5 million Somalians who are receiving aid from them. This boat trip will accomplish nothing and is purely political. They could have saved the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars on flights and the ships and purchased aid to have delivered directly to the Gazans or people suffering from far more severe conditions elsewhere. It is vile that they even pretend that their motives are humanitarian.

Also, the Arabs in Israel could have had their own state in 1947, but they refused.
Finally, Israel absolutely does not block basic food and medicine from entering the Gaza strip. Gazans enjoy better standard of living than MOST muslim countries.
