  • LOL fuck that shit, im currently learning Japanese and Spanish (enough language for me), i just came here out of curiosity after watching a russian video

  • ENOUGH ABOUT HISTORY, THIS VIDEO IS A TUTORIAL FOR LEARNING RUSSIAN LANGUAGE....

  • Good video, I watch it a lot to study

  • Thank you! I am glad I can learn Russian on the internet because my school doesn't offer it.

  • I am not Russian, only part Slovak, but I feel so close to Russian culture. Learning the language helps me to understand Russian culture more, thanks for the video.

    Радуйся России!

  • @BlackMetalGamer Great ! Good to know you you're interested in Russian

  • @BlackMetalGamer Taky mě to láká se učit.Proč ne že?

  • @rebel4dean 4:15 you mean щит I'm never going to learn Russian lol.

  • THIS IS NOT A Russian alphabet!! This alphabet is called Cyrillic!!! And was brought to Russia from BULGARIAN Monks!!! OF THIS ALPHABET MORE THAN CENTURY WRITING ONLY IN THE KINGDOM BULGARIA!!!

  • @petgeo66 whats the right one?

  • @debirvana This alphabet is called Cyrillic!!!

  • @debirvana Тази азбука се нарича КИРИЛИЦА! /български/ Этот алфавит называется КИРИЛЛИЦА!

  • @petgeo66 dude it is russian cirillic is slovak or something like that it was used like 500 years ago or idk a long time ago so right now its russian smartspaz

  • @LegendNeverDies000 This is complete rubbish! READ THE HISTORY!!!Do you know who Cyril and Methodius and WHAT ARE nationality??? IF THESE FACTS ARE KNOWN YOU WILL NOT WRITE this nonsense!!! ;)May we are a small nation, BUT ANCIENT AND WE HAVE CONTRIBUTED MORE OF HUMAN CIVILIZATION THAN MANY "GREATS" COUNTRIES!!! ;) When was CREATED DANUBIAN BULGARIA, RUSSIA IS NOT EXISTING!!!

  • @petgeo66 actully its bulgarian and it still russian ITS OFFICIAL TO GOD NOOB HE CREATED THAT COUNTRY!!!!!!

  • That sounded like 5 or 6 letters...so difficult :(

  • fucking hell that is difficult!! Learning Russian is going to be more difficult that I thought! Good Video. Thanks

  • Such a great video! Thank you so much.

  • I am Indian so I love Russia .

  • omg i cant do this its like learning algebra in highschool..

  • Wow, i didn't expect that someone, who is not russian, can study russian language so deeply)

  • I will make a Russian course next week :)

    I can't wait for it !

And thank you for the good video !

    Greetings from Germany :)

  • shit im never going to learn russian

  • Wow. Russian looks like an extremely difficult language to even begin learning. I picked spanish up fast because a lot of words are similar and the alphabet is so similar. This is different in every way possible.

  • T : The fuck out my house get

  • recommend me a modern good book on internet to practic exercises on sentences and paragraphs

  • Thanks! Greeting from mexico

  • Great VIdeo greetings from SERBIA!!!!!

  • Russian yoga same as english (the sound)

  • 5:01 "So you see that it makes the consonsnat softer" WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!

  • @GranTubone he meant that this letter "Ь" does not make any sound and serves just for making some consonants palatalized. sometimes it can change the whole meaning of the word: ЕЛ - "ate", ЕЛЬ - "a fir-tree"

  • @lacrimarkona yes sorry for the roughness but I was totally bewildered at first, now having studied a little bit about russian and palatization I know I have to push my tongue towards the roof of my mouth pronouncing the final part of the consonant. Though the "explanation" given in the video was completely obscure for a newbie.

  • Love Russian accents!

  • i really want to learn russia, but i dont have money for classes, can you recommend me something? thanks

  • Wth....

  • Дурак!)))))хахахах нашли че написать ! ))))

  • that "bl" sound is very difficult

  • thanks

  • 3:02

    asshole

  • @garciagar64 Thanks a lot!

  • Россия является великолепной языка. я помню свое первое слово, которое было собаки

  • @thegirlygirl233 Mine was до свидания. Yay Anastasia. followed by извините.

  • Thank you so much, I will be watching this video so many times to perfect the alphabet, as soon as I learn this, my english teacher (who ironically also speaks russian) is going to give me lessons!

  • Funny. In America, some people tend to call a donkey an "ass", and I swear I keep hearing the narrator pronounce donkey as "asshole" (Oceл).

  • And the last one ya or in other words backwards R

  • LOL for shield it sounds like shit xD

  • how do u pronounce дракон

  • @holyfizz76 drakon

  • guitara is guitar in Polish only it's spelled "guitara" and now with that weird spelling. I wanted to learn some Russian words but not sure if I can now :(

  • I'm so delighted that my mother tongue is Russian. Learning Russian is hell of a work, good luck to you guys =)

  • Большое спасибо! :-)

  • What is this letter in English I could not hear right somebody help. Russian letter (P)

  • @forkfour It's R in English, but it's pronounced quite harshly.

  • In a few years you are forced to learn russian to be an astronaut... to communicate with the cosmonauts of course... :/

  • Everything went well till 0:44

  • спасибо!

  • so "diplomat" means case? I never knew that

    *The more you know!*

  • Ahh the Russian alphabet from the letter A all the way to the backwards Я lol and then you got the number 3 and the rocket ship symbol and the knight crest and they have 3 h's man gotta love it

  • the number 3 counts as a letter?

  • @Zazzy234

this is letter з.it's not number.this letter sounds like z

  • hold up, theres a 3, greek symbol, and euros sign in this?

  • Thank you for all the videos you posted.

    Good luck from Romania !

  • @StrykeForceXBow Thank you !!! I'd love to visit Romania one day

  • Thanks for posting this :)

  • Wow, if you really want a long term project this is it. OMG!!!!

  • Thank you very much :D

  • I thought, "кино" was like a movie theater?

  • @FluffyCloudsandCats кинотеатр is movie theater

  • @FluffyCloudsandCats кино is short variant of кинотеатр.

  • "Mir" can also be "peace".

  • ну да, необычный язык)))

  • This is very helpful, thank you!

  • every letter sounds like a weird swallowing noise

  • Why do 'o' pronounced as 'a' in few words?

    Eg. Хорошо and Плохо

  • @azrinrar when it's not stressed itis normally pronounced as 'А'

  • @azrinrar in Russian O in the unstressed position is pronounced as A

  • @azrinrar In standard Russian 'O' pronounced as 'A' in unstressed position.

    "Оса" = [a'sa] = "wasp", but

    "Осы" = ['osi] = "wasps"

Although, somewhere on the Volga or the White Sea, this rule does not apply :)

  • ...ftooball..ha!

  • i was born in Russia but i moved to america at 4 years old so i don't know how to spell or read in Russian so this is helping me a lot thx whoever made this

  • That was the best I can understand

  • Ты звуки очень хорошо объяснил, кстати я тоже учусь русскому языку! Thanks for the video by the way i recommend you to watch the video: Arnold Schwarzenegger говорит по-русски

  • @TeshiKennedy117

The first you say like: Sha

The second you say longer, like shhha, or shcha.

    The first is spelled Sha

    The second shsha.

  • I CAN'T TELL APART THE SOUND OF THE W's!!!!! But nevertheless nice video.

  • Дурак means a fool, not an idiot!

  • @MrHrenovina

    hahah same thing.

  • Russian is so cool! im trying to learn a little of eatch language, and this helped so much!

  • Thanks for the post. Love the sound of the language and hope to learn as much as I can.

  • lol the first word on the w with a tail sounds like shit

  • @jekquirock yea xD

  • Thank you. That was really helpful, but i still don't get how the "soft sign" and hard sign" work...

  • @jlarsson soft sing make the preceding consonant "soft" and the hard sign doesn't allow the consonant and the following vowel to blend like in подЪезд [pod yezd] otherwise it would be [podezd]

  • This whole language is Trolololo.

  • i like how you wrote "idiot" in russian! spainish and french for idiot sounds just like the word in english, so i wouldn't be able to say it without someone knowing, but this i can say in complete secret! thanks!

  • @SuperLucario211 that was a mistake. "durak" means "fool". Idiot in russian is "idiot" too)

  • Thank you for your time, RussianPlus! I want to learn Russian so I can minister God's Holy Word to Russian-speaking people, including my wife, who was born in the Ural Mountains.

(or, what sentence would have all the letters in it at once?)

  • @SgtHydra Съешь ещё этих мягких французских булочек, да выпей же ты чаю!

    I found this one :)

  • @RussianPlus it means : Eat some more of these soft French buns, drink some tea, will you?! :)

  • @RussianPlus lol, right, dogs are overrated

  • @scarydude101 its because "mortgage" not commonly used word between middle class civilians or teenagers. Just like in English I never heard people commonly using word "Reminisce" but in Russian its not a forgotten word.My own experience when I talk about my past always used the "Reminisce" word cause its more or less a necessary word. I hope you got the point. I'm usually horrible at explaining things but for some reason I always try.

  • this is really helping me,

  • W - in russian would be spelled as У+

    for example William - Уильям

sometime they replace it with В - Вильям

    Will Smith - Уилл Смит

    Wall st - Уолл Стрит

    hopw this helps))

  • thanks alot now i can read them better thx alot alot ... but i noticed that in russian you dont have ( W ) ( wa ) i think you only say ouwa right like (ya) we read it ouwa so its the way for saying the W letter in english am i right ??

  • И and Й (short version of И) - И is a regular russian vowel , while Й is only used together with other vowels before or after it - стрОЙка, ЙОд, стрОЙ etc

Ъ(hard sign) - is used to make a consonant hard - подЪезд (pod - yezd) and not let the consonant and the following vowel blend (like podezd)

Ь(soft sign) -makes a consonant soft - соль, месть

Ы - is a vowel you don't find in English, the closest is 'i' like in stiff - мыло, дым
