Thanks, your videos really helped a lot, I lost velocity because I started taking the ball out of my glove with my thumb on top so i wasn't behind the ball at release, but your tips fixed the problem.
always enjoy your piching tips, however, your presentation would have more credability if you were in full uniform and video from an actual mound on a baseball field or in an indoor facility.
@bhaarris37 Thank you kindly. I agree 100%. I wish I had a field in my backyard! Usually when I have an idea its when I have just put my kids to bed and it's dark outside. lol
