What was so special about the Aryans other than the bible stories of these prophets and saints?
Well... according to history. I dont know if its in the bible, I havent read it. The ARYANs conquered EVERYTHING? Which became known as the Aryan Invasion. 10 certain areas around the world. Historians and these people who go on searching for this shit found cultures and people there with similiar cultures and languages. And they applied it to history to STORIEs that were recorded in time.
Alot of people in usa blame Hitler? In a way it wasnt his fault. What pisses me off is he was obsessed with the christian artifacts or relics. The Spear of Destiny, crown of thorns, the purple cape or shroud or whatever that was. He found all of them and put it together or always knew? Hitler wasnt the one that took in the swastika. Swastika was already being used before he did all of that shit. So it makes you wonder?
Aryans were in Middle East who were Mesopotamians in the bible!!!
Josef Mengale was found in Brazil as a vetinarian working with animals (as if he was doing it to humns). He knew about living beings. Animals are part of this too. Josef did alot of messed up stuff for Nazi Germany I know.
But he knew about how to bring people back through the bloodline. I remember a woman in elementry school saying "everyone in the future will be tan skin".
Its real... Josef Mengale was found atleast. He didnt continue his work? But he did... he knew what it was about but didnt have the funding or technology in Brazil. usa learned about genetics and all this other shit.
Hitler wanted to bring back the Aryan race? This was the beginning of it. It was stopped. To be honest, this should be labled as confidential? Or it is and people are looked at as PSYCHOs for knowing about this?
Thule Society knew who Aryans were. Thats why Swastika was taken in
Some movies tend to disapear from youtube and it seems that those who's purpose is to turn our brains to inanimate matter are more bound to remain. I watched "the boys from brasil" a few times and now it's gone. Same for the excellent mini-serie "Fidel" witch has also been removed without a trace... Go figure!
@Tthemoney15 no wait it is a great book and a good movie..like their is this part in the book where this american hands over a recorder to a Japanese waiter in South america and she hides it in the restaurant room where the Nazis are planning..and I thought He was a CIA operative but he was just a college jewish kid...and they find out and search every hotel in the city and they come to his room and stab him repeatedly while he was eating a sandwich ..coolest book ever
I am Brazilian and I know that Joseph Mengele lived in Brazil until his death and both Interpol and the Brazilian police were never able to capture him alive. Now I wonder ... as the authors of this film knew that the Nazi doctor was in Brazil? And if they knew why not captured ... Or was it just a guess ... Mysteries ... but the plot is fictional of course
@waldir19841 I think it was that Mengele knew to change his identity several times while he was in Brazil, given that 40 years ago it wasn't as foolproof to confirm if people were who they said they were. The part that never made sense to me was Mengele had to know what he did was a bunch of crimes against humanity because if he believed he had done nothing wrong, why run and hide under false identities? Why not stand your ground and assert your convictions if you think it's so right, you know?
I forget exactly bwhere I found this book (by Ira Levin) but I wsa just a teen and I couldn't put it down. One of the most intriguing and easy to read stories ever. Just wish the movie measured up better. Poor Gregory Peck. He tried his darnedest.
This trailer doesn't do the film justice. The film was very well directed and written. Gregory Peck and Laurence Olivier were superb. I'm glad I didn't read the book before seeing the movie. Otherwise, I would have known how the story would be played out. Great score by Jerry Goldsmith!
Very scary concept. The book is also excellent: Ira Levin put together an idea that is not only ingenius, but very plausible. He wasn't a prolific author, but the stuff he did write became huge bestsellers and made into films.
@frtw4428 He wasn't as prolific, true. But the term "quality not quantity" totally applies. With the exception of Son Of Rosemary, each one of his books had really engaging and interesting concepts with surprising outcomes. I found all his books at an old bookstore in my hometown and he was def my favorite author growing up.
Now all they have left to do is to ensure that all 94 clones are rejected from art school, spend several years as tramps and fight in world wars on the losing side!
@ronoc9 Also being fond of excessively gooey desserts, having a private obsession with Walt Disney cartoons and pulp western novels, and never doing anything without consulting his astrologer. Also, if they really do want to conquer the world, they really ought to try and make it so that he will listen to the advice of his generals and not make so many ridiculous military mistakes, although I rather doubt if they would have the foresight.
@themysteriouscrumpet really? gooey desserts? huh, didn't know about that part. they also need to make sure he lives near a red light district for a while, is mistaken for a jew a few times, and witnesses communists being shot by the future Rohm.
@ronoc9 Yes indeed, it was black forest cake with Bavarian cream. And he must certainly contract syphilis of the brain, be fed on a steady mental diet of occultism pamphlets, and whichever beastly provincial civil servant his father is should beat him constantly.
@greenleaflink Adolph Hitler was against the use of service dogs -- as watchdogs, as K9 dogs and especially in war. The movie shows that his soul goes marching on.
