I was opposed to the bailout on Wall Street (the rich) and believed it may have been better to allow those companies to fail, despite the painful downturn before economic improvement. However, since it passed during Bush's administration, I now believe that bailing out the working class (shovel-ready projects) and the housing market are the right things to do. Here's an idea: the U.S. buys out the automakers & starts a retooling plan to include HHO / Hydroxy boosters in all cars & makes these available to retrofit all existing cars, increasing mileage & decreasing emissions dramatically. The next generation of the fleet will use pulse motors like the Millennial Motor, or TWM Motor to replace the internal combustion engine. The U.S. buys out all energy companies & opens the energy market for all to sell excess energy at fair market price (~$0.05/kWh).
In California the way the law is written no one can disconnect from the power grid system, but if you put power too the gird system you have to be paid for doing so by the companies power grid you just put power too. I am sure once I get up and running they will make changes to that law, but as it stands right now they have to obey the law and pay any and all costomers that put power to their grid system. But I am not sure if it is at the fare market value.

It looks like the energy companies are dictating policies and keeping folks from doing this. Zero-Point Energy products, like the Tom Bearden MEG device, or a Water Fuel Cell can do this faster & cheaper than wind or solar.
(1) So far, the Presidents plan is to fund centralized sources of energy generation, but this only puts more money in the pockets of the energy monopolies, and not the people. We need to fund the R&D and production of Zero-Point Energy products for home users to supply power to their homes, and sell surplus power to the utility grid at a fair market price (e.g. $0.05/kWh).
(2) To realize this goal, a national standard for Net Metering laws must be put into place to help incentivize the decentralized energy grid. With millions of people generating their own clean ZPE power and selling surplus power back to the grid, there would be no need to build new centralized power plants that still use coal, gas or nuclear power and pollute our air & water and cause climate change.

You have to admit a balanced budget makes sense. Right now we pay more on interest (interest alone) for the national debt than we spend on the war. By all accounts I thought the Dollar would have crashed by now. Something in "their" plans most have gotten messed up and they seem to have push the date back to June 12th. Bush did sign this country of ours to end in 2010 transformed into the North American Union back in 2005. Not sure what's holding them up, but that plan was set in motion some time ago. I was opposed to the bailout on Wall Street (the rich) and believed it may have been better to allow those companies to fail, despite the painful downturn before economic improvement. However, since it passed during Bush's administration, I now believe that bailing out the working class (shovel-ready projects) and the housing market are the right things to do. Otherwise ONLY rescuing the rich on Wall Street leaves the poor to get poorer.

Here's an idea: the U.S. buys out the automakers & starts a retooling plan to include HHO / Hydroxy boosters in all cars & makes these available to retrofit all existing cars, increasing mileage & decreasing emissions dramatically. The next generation of the fleet will use pulse motors like the Millennial Motor, or TWM Motor to replace the internal combustion engine. The U.S. buys out all energy companies & opens the energy market for all to sell excess energy at fair market price (~$0.05/kWh).

In California the way the law is written no one can disconnect from the power grid system, but if you put power too the gird system you have to be paid for doing so by the companies power grid you just put power too. I am sure once I get up and running they will make changes to that law, but as it stands right now they have to obey the law and pay any and all costomers that put power to their grid system. But I am not sure if it is at the fare market value.

It looks like the energy companies are dictating policies and keeping folks from doing this. Zero-Point Energy products, like the Tom Bearden MEG device, or a Water Fuel Cell can do this faster & cheaper than wind or solar.

(1) So far, the Presidents plan is to fund centralized sources of energy generation, but this only puts more money in the pockets of the energy monopolies, and not the people. We need to fund the R&D and production of Zero-Point Energy products for home users to supply power to their homes, and sell surplus power to the utility grid at a fair market price (e.g. $0.05/kWh).

Wind and solar power ARE forms of free energy. Do you pay for the sun to shine or the wind to blow? What you DO pay for (initially) is the solar PV panels and/or wind generator. Unfortunately, the ROI duration is long and not cost effective in most cases for residents. But ZPE devices are far cheaper & far more powerful that solar & ind & can pay for themselves in less than a year.
