that bomb able wall at 9:00 is so hard to blow up. I've had to restart my nintendo 3DS because the bomb always bounces off.... :( but thanks for the walkthrough
i love your walkthroughs, but i'm out of bombs and i can't find them anywhere. and i have to let the dead dodongo see red. do you know where i can find bombs?
@EmberrHD If you go back to the fire-stage before, and drop down off the ledge, there are two pots& one bit of grass, slash through them and you should get some Ammo :)
@TheZeldaDungeon Yes I do...Im glad Im not teh only one that did that!!! These are very helpful since this is my first playthough of the game thanks so much for uploading them...Ive watched them all up to where I am already ^w^
Yes. That one requires the Hookshot and the Scarecrow's Song. I return to get it during the Fire Temple chapter, since we're climbing Death Mountain anyway.
In Kakariko Village is a building called the House of Skulltula. For collecting Gold Skulltula tokens in your travels, you can stop by and at certain points get various prizes. The first prize (10+ tokens) is the Adult Wallet, which lets you hold up to 200 Rupees.
You can slash bushes or kill enemies to get them too. If all else fails, you can always head outside the Cavern itself. You can buy them in the Kakariko shop as well.
ThezeldaDungeon i wish if he was my brother he's like the best person on how to get all secret things and heat containers and everything and he is really nice i was with my freind he does an lp and he dosent even show us on how to get more rubies of skutueas and all the stuff
when you get the gold skulltula (or whatever there called) if you do a backflip you get an awesome screen when it freezes to tell you you got the token
oh thanks xD you are a big help for me (I'm getting the skulltulas).
I found a skulltulas guide on internet and in dodongo's cavern says "1.- behind armos" (which is the #17 in your video, i think) and says "2.- the northest room on the 1F" which is the same i guess!! omg! i'm conused now
Caleb ~ Thanks =) My personal goal is to have the same walkthrough in video, site and text (GameFAQs) forms and make each of them the best of their genre.
Nice video Caleb :) One thing though, I think the time of the contents in the description is a little messed up from Final Area, Part 1 and onwards :O
Caleb ~ One of the other staff members is currently working on a walkthrough for the Wind Waker which can be found at our website. The plan is to make a Video Walkthrough for that game once it's complete, but that's down the road and lower priority compared to other things, such as the upcoming release of Spirit Tracks for example. So yes, we would like to, but it depends on how things go. =)
iirc, the first Gold Skulltula token you mentioned can't be reached without the Boomerang. You can get up into the cubby, but you need the Boomerang for the token, unless the wall's climbable.
I noticed the Twilight Princess walkthroughs don't have that special opening or the contents in the description (unlike Ocarina of Time walkthroughs).
Caleb ~ That's a little something I personally do. In the future, we may do it for some of the other guides, but most of the TP ones have already been recorded and uploaded without it, so we're keeping it consistent.
Pretty good, but you forgot to mention some things. If you break jars in the first room of this segment, you can get a red rupee. In the room with the two Lizalfos, if you fall trying to get the hearts, you'll fall back down to the room with the first Lizalfos, not fun. And fairies only fill 7 hearts.
Caleb ~ There's only so many things I can say in the short amount of time. You'll notice I'm speaking constantly, so I talk about what's important (Rupees in a jar aren't my priority). I stated that the Lizalfos room was the same as earlier, so it's implied if you fall it's not a good deal. And fairies only heal 7 hearts from Wind Waker (the 9th game in the series) onward. In ALL of the earlier games, Ocarina of Time included, they heal you completely.
You're half right. In LoZ and ALttP, fairies give you 3 and 7 hearts. I tested OoT, and fairies (at least when bottled) heal all. I'm pretty sure fairies only give you 7 when not bottled, but I don't feel like testing it.
Caleb ~ I have an LTTP game at the end on my Four Swords cartridge (GBA) and sure enough, it's only 7 hearts, don't have a game at the end for the SNES unfortunately to test it out on the older version. I was sure it was all of the previous games, but apparently not. For the other GameBoy titles I believe it's full, though the only thing you carry around are "Potions" or "Elixers" which heal you completely anyway.
I can't test the GBA ones now, as I'm 3-heart running them. And man, whats with the thumbs down people? I'm only trying to have a discussion so we can find out the facts!
