hey. if u like other vehicles and pedestrians in the game. DO NOT complete all the agency missions!! i did this and all the cars went away. the only ones i clould find are: ones pulled over with ppl on the ground, ones owned by the Roaches, Ulars, and Reapers, and all enemies. this is y i dont play it anymore. btw. nice vid. :)
