i just learned my raley, and i think its time to get a board.. im most likely gna spend time in the cablepark and behind the boat, so i think ill go for a HYBRID board. im gna go for one with CHANNELS for a strong EDGE coz ill be focusing on air tricks a little bit more than kicker.and CHANGE-ABLE FINS so i can change them.

@TheWake247 nah I disagree, I'm afraid; the song's tempo was too slow for what was going on in the video. so I think it was a better fit to have Higher replace it, maybe if they just did the doubles riding and the goofing off but otherwise it just didn't seem to fit. just my .02 imho

@Mr99timone yeah u could do that, but itdoesn't quite have the same effect, which is why two boats work better to give it that mound like effect, setting it up for wakesurfing means loading the most of the weight to just one side of the boat to get the wake where u need it, but it is possible to do it with a single boat

@KOJproductions that's called spine riding, you get two boats runnin' side by side, preferably weighted the same and since the two "inner" sides of the wakes between the boats have no room to spread out as the boats plow along, they slam together to form this massive hill of water or "spine". only seen it on vid myself, but it looks awesome, love to try it once.

its the way the bottom of the boat is. you can take your boat and add weights and it'll do the same just about. but its sometimes hard to plane up. thats what me and a few friends did. and try to pay attention to how wide the wake is behind their boats, and try to match it with yours. lol. sorry. idk.

sometimes it can happen, but most times it's when someoe gets careless, I've ridden by one, within a few feet, and it just went under and swam away, needless to say though, I wasn't gonna drop anywhere too close by to test that theory

Depends on what you like but 3 stage has more pop. It's all about your edge.

basically 3-stage gives you better pop (jump off the wake) but a continuous rocker gives you better speed and less vertical pop.....nowadays most boards are a sort of mix between the two.

it mostly comes down to what you prefer, more pop, or more speed. w/ the extra pop comes softer landings, and different with the continuous which has a stiffer landing. If you can find a place to demo several boards like a cable park it'll make your choice a lot easier
