nice simple easy advice - its all depends if we want to be open to hear this advice. people find that its too easy to work, give it a try, whats to lose.

BK is the quintesenial counselor. She doesnt blatantly give answers, she allows people to find the answer within themselves. Because the truth is... there is only one person that can help you... One's self. If you like Katie,, try reading eckhart tolle, and read about Taoism, rec. the tao of pooh for starters in that eastern religion, otherwise the Taoteching will blow your mind
