I believe the problem that so many fans actually have with the Jackson's benefiting from MJ's death is the fact that when he was alive they were not supportive fixtures in his life. If they had been perhaps he would still be here today, perhaps not. However you are correct in regards to Elvis estate and if it in turn benefits the children then that is what is important. MJ's legacy will continue as will his revenues.
When were they not supportive? They stuck by him throughout the child molestation trial and always came to his defense in interviews. During the trial they were with him everyday. Were they not? The Documentary filming was started over a year ago and MJJ will be in the documentary in scenes with his mother and the children!Apparently MJJ had decided they were old enough to be seen by the medi because there were several times he allowed them to be out with him without masks and Prince was coming on stage with him at the o2 Arena which was to be a surprise for the Family, Fans, and friends.
He was going to allow Paris limited appearances because The children were asking him to be a part of what he do and Lester's children as well as other friends kids would be participating in the show. I wish all MJ fans would PUSH for LOVE and PEACE, the reason why I say this is because that's what he was really all about and I have already been doing it all my life for 49 yrs. Im Black Native American Cherokee / Comanche Indian, Egyptian and Jordanian. We heard all the lies about Arabs which are not all true, we are no different than the US. He express this in his songs "Cry" and there are other song Speechless is when he was sing to God. If you all listen carefuly to his song you can feel his PAIN for the ppl in this WORLD. yes, MJ tried to "send" us messages through his songs. He is not only a singer, sing a song just to earn money. But he trying to change our bad attitude from his song(HEAL THE WORLD, EARTH SONG...)We should listen all of his songs carefuly and think of what he is trying to say to US. I can feel the same way he felt from all of his songs. But sadly, many ppl only enjoy the music and the dance of MJ
But nvm, we start to listen it carefully
then you will know his songs are full of meaning.

I'm not speaking to everyone, nor does everyone feel this way. I just think whoever birthed this idea to peoples minds that it is wrong for Jacksons estate to earn money anyway possible is racist! "Oh this is just a way for the Jacksons estate to make some money." And??? Why is that wrong. Elvis's Estate makes millions of dollars a year exploiting his death i.e. Graceland. Please ppl, just be happy they can make some money and take care of the debts, Stop hatin and stop the racism!

Other people can make money off of Michael Jackson, but Jackso's family are considered greedy for earning money because they are related to Jackson. Nepotism is part of American Culture and many people benefit from it, from the Kennedys to the Bushs and many families you don't know of publically. Ignorance is the worst enemy known to man. I wish my family could make some money off of me. Wouldn't you be happy that you can provide wealth for your family?

I'm happy that the Jacksons estate can make some money. There is nothing wrong with making money. What do you want? For Michael Jackson's family to be broke? They should have money. Elvis has been dead over 30 years and he still makes money. So Jackson's family can't make any money? True wealth is when your family also has it. If you can't respect that then your whole perspective is wack.

I believe the problem that so many fans actually have with the Jackson's benefiting from MJ's death is the fact that when he was alive they were not supportive fixtures in his life. If they had been perhaps he would still be here today, perhaps not. However you are correct in regards to Elvis estate and if it in turn benefits the children then that is what is important. MJ's legacy will continue as will his revenues.

When were they not supportive? They stuck by him throughout the child molestation trial and always came to his defense in interviews. During the trial they were with him everyday. Were they not? At what point was his family not there for him? MJ did things on his own by choice, but it didn't mean his family didn't support him. When MJ trashed his hotel out of frustration, his mom cleaned up the mess herself. So please provide an example where MJ's family did not support him.

The Documentary filming was started over a year ago and MJJ will be in the documentary in scenes with his mother and the children!Apparently MJJ had decided they were old enough to be seen by the medi because there were several times he allowed them to be out with him without masks and Prince was coming on stage with him at the o2 Arena which was to be a surprise for the Family, Fans, and friends.

He was going to allow Paris limited appearances because The children were asking him to be a part of what he do and Lester's children as well as other friends kids would be participating in the show. It was going to be a big family show for his family, friends, and fan. FYI, There was no room for haters-only lovers allowed!

cdanilana - I wouldnt call it greedy as you put it. MJ had lot of things that need to be taking care of that the family can not afford to pay out of their pocket. It's OK for them to make as much money as they can from his career, there's a lot of things can benefit from this and on of them would be the kids he's been helping all over the WORLD. He was going to build a new Children Hospital and most likely they children family will be able to live there with the kid while they in treatment.
