One of my fondest memories of bruddah Mackey was picking him up from Lihue airport and bringing him to his gig and then later meeting Malani at Guy's resturant in Waipoli, such an awesome day it was.

This is one of my favs from Mackey and you did an awesome job. It's hard to sing without guitar or music but you did it. This song was written 1976 and all these years later Mackey is still with us.You hit every note and every breath just like him. I'm sure he's "still there with you" and with us. Mahalo for keeping Mackey in our hearts and souls.There will never be another like him.He wore his heart on his sleeve and sang the music of his life. He is still so loved and will be forever missed.
Great job... brings back memories of putting it all down on a four track reel to reel tape machine.
