  • I know the feelinfirst panic attack was october 2005 they lasted until end 2006 i got over using now meds, etc i made my own tapes of my voice saying relax over and over it helped and tlaking to others going thru this... but this year the attacks are back 20 days ago is topped using artificla sweetners some say they trigger them, aND i didnt have many attakcs but i had a real bad one tonite iam just kind of calming down now.

  • I've had severe panic attacks and anxiety off and on for the last 25 years. I choose to deal with it without medication or alcoholism. Many alcoholics are self medicating for anxiety, and just don't realize it. Even though I KNOW I suffer anxiety, when it hits, it takes a while for me to balance myself, sometimes hours. But, always, know this...it is just a FEELING. And usually, it is because you are over analytical and think a lot. You are likely a creative person who is bored, so get BUSY!

  • Please go to my channel and see my testimony. I used to suffer from anxiety, panic attacks and agarophobia. I have been set free for over 5 years. No meds, no "panic away" or "linden method". You can be set free too and it won't cost you a dime. GOD bless you all.

  • There is a funny little thing about panic attacks, and all anxiety for that matter. As soon as you realize what they are, and how they work, you won't care about them anymore and you'll never have them again.

Panic and anxiety only stick around because you continue to fear. When fear is removed the panic and anxiety go with it. So if you've had panic attacks, and fear you're going to have more, you will. If you remind yourself they're harmless little episodes of fear, they'll stop.

  • None of you have to live with this anymore. I used to be a victim of this and I know the frustration, embarrassment and fear that is involved. Please go to my site. You dont need to buy anything, I promise you its already been paid for fuentesevangelism-.-c-o-m-

  • Vilift is the best pill i've ever tried, it really helped me and i am really happy about it.

  • people shouldnt use pills if they have panic attacks, its a problem solved by talking and discovering the cause!

  • after two years of smoking really good weed i was dry for about a week. I toked after that and started getting really intense panic attacks but when i smoke normally i dont get them.

  • Try EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping). It seems to give relief FAST and is free and simple to use. It appears to be blocked negative energy. SSRI's work on this area of electrical impulses BUT with side effects (which are similar to the actual problem). Every drug & alcohol(this is why people become alcoholic) serves to BLOCK the negative feelings (electric energy) but it has to be dispersed.

  • The scariest thing for me..I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on this is the "little boy crying wolf" thing.......I'll call a supportive person when I am feeling odd, and they say that I sound like I am having a panic attack.....which is understood, but what about the time it really IS something real? isn't that scary?

  • I have the salt cravings...I understand the "flight or fight"....Sometimes I'll just go sit in the emergency room...not sign in, just to make me feel safe and if I'm going to die there will be people there to help me..

  • you will not die, they are completely harmless, but i know what you mean, ive been in the emergency room twice and i need a first aid/hospital near whereever i go. its horrible. hope u are recovering.

  • Jan I do the same thing...... god bless....all the best!

  • i understand you...I've tried everything.....the only thing that makes it go away is XanaX.......and most dr's don't want to give it to you, but find a shrink that will.......you take it BEFORE a full-blown attack.....i call it my "emergency break glass" meds.........it isn't fun to fell your heart beating and think you are dying.......i know it is so hard, i understand everything you are saying.

  • Ever had any ear problems? Here's a suggestion: "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. Get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your inner ears checked, thoroughly.

  • Usually there's an underlying problem that causes the panic. With me it was school bullying when i was 6 yrs old. It set up a a pattern of phobia avoidance that has lasted for 45 yrs, on & off. (i'm 51 now) There was a period of 20 yrs where the symptoms subsided but certain traumas in life bring them back. Claire Weeke's books helped me alot over the years.

  • Thanks for this video, it's good to know I'm not alone lol :)

  • No, you are NOT alone! Today a huge percentage suffer from anxiety. Reading about it really helps. Try John Ruskan's "Emotional Clearing" (unbelievably good) Robert Handly's "Anxiety, Panic Attack Cure" and most of all Dr. Claire Weeke's who was the FIRST person to find a successful and SIMPLE cure. Today her concept has been copied by every contemporary analyst and has been repackaged expensively.

  • i ve had panic attacks too day and nite even in my sleep ,try berocca its a orange type table drink vitamin b12 in this in a high dose helps also magnesiam in a high dose , no caffine

  • The three people I know who get panic attacks are severely hypo post pit so a panic attack may be a form of rapid cycling that occurs in manic depression. Hyperthyroidism, diet, hypoglycemia etc should be investigated. In my books is the Page measuring system

to determine your glandular pattern which can give you some clues.

  • Hi there theeyecreature, nice to see people talking about, feel free to check out my vids as well, they all dedicated to this subject.

    Cheers, JP.

  • think its good people are talking about panic attacks,i was diagnosed with panic disorder but am fully recovered, but that was due to determination and most of all sorting my life out.
