@eddiejcoles well he wasn't bald but he didn't have a full head of hair anymore (pepsi commercial accident) so he had to wear wigs. When putting on wigs (unless your already bald) you have to wear something like a bald cap but its made of different material like spandex kinda, so they used that under the makeup.

he was wearing a wig cap over his hair.

If his hair was really just a wig he would have had to take it off

because putting a wig cap on is a pain.

They have to be specially made and fitted to your head.

Michael would not go through all that trouble to put a
