Its mostly speculation, but alot of ppl think the bite she got injected her with venom, causing her abdomen to expand/explode, so thats where the blood come from, im not so sure myself, tho

That scene had some PERFECT acting in it. Especially when HUD starts screaming and when Marlena turned around when the soldiers started shooting. In any other movie, MArlena would have just stood there instead of jetting.

man i loved that movie the camera style didnt bother me at all just cuz i was into the movie so much my heart was racin and everything and when that thing jumped out of the smoke my heart stopped and it was one of my greatest movie moments ever

I agree with rh1ino. now I look at it again, it does look alot different. To me this monster looks like he has some kind of pig nose but it could be the explosions and orange stuff lol.
