  • Me encantas sus clases, ha sido una gran ayuda. :)

  • i was at a gathering once and there were 2 german gentlemen talking to each other. the only german word i made out was klein. btw, GumBubble08 i love your lessons.

  • Danke for this video!

  • I'm sorry but nobody says 'Guten Nachmittag' ! That's totally unusual and akward. Instead just say 'Guten Tag' or 'Hallo'

  • German is so much like English but with a lisp...and a mean cold. lol Easy for English speaking people to learn. Yet harder on the throat at first. Great work by the way.

  • @dirtypantylover

    Very inappropriate.

  • very nice, I do the same but teach slang words in Mexiko.

  • Hey my teacher lived in österreich and he says we can use "servus" to say hi and goodbye, kinda like aloha in hawaiian. But my friends who lived in german said they have never heard of that...

  • @icdp: Your friends were right! That´s more common in Bavaria.

  • Dear teacher

i really enjoyed your lessons but it is hard for me to remember words..i went to vienna but couldnát understand the language there becoz, the german people talk so fast..could u please suggest me how can i start and could communicate in german..i cannot afford to pay for language courses in vienna because thea are expensives and i have no money...please help me ..i would like to learn german

  • @RankThe5 Hi there. It's great that you want to learn German and don't worry if you don't understand everything when you hear native speakers talk, especially Austrians are a little harder to understand because of their accent or dialect. Have you had a look for coursebooks yet? There are good affordable ones, with handbooks, CDs and the like. Other than that, there are various (free) online-courses (with units etc, not as random as my stuff on my channel/blog ;) ) that could help. Good luck!

  • im still debating to learn russian or german

thing is german is harder to pronouce and russian has hard characters

  • @mimz305 hm, well, I know someone who knows Russian and he said that his teacher once said that it's a language in which a foreigner will never be totally fluent. I suppose though, that's different for every individual. Russian grammar is definitely harder (and I actually think that pronunciation is harder, too. But that depends on your native language!). In the end of the day - learn the language that you feel would benefit you more, or more importantly, that you would enjoy more learning! :)

  • @GumBubble08 yeah i know what you mean, thing is ive been learning chinese for about 3 years, its coming to me and stuff but the characters are so hard for me to remeber them all, I wish my school would teach german becasue I want a language that I stick with, and good thing about german is that it uses regular letters like english, I guees it just depends on what school im going to and thanks for the response.

  • She is so beautiful

  • are you german?

  • @H2Orikki18 yes :)

  • @GumBubble08

because you would never say "Nachmittag"!!!!

  • @GumBubble08

because you would never say "Nachmittag"!!!! some things are kind of funny

  • with all respect you have very prety eyes.

  • Saying good-bye and good night in German:

    Formal: auf Wiedersehen - Good-bye

    gute Nacht - Good night

    Casual: Wiederseh'n - Good bye

    mach's gut - take care

    tschüss - bye

    Nacht - good night

  • Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Bitte und gern geschehen? ..do both mean your welcome?

  • @kathysoiio

    bitte:

    - adverb: please, if you please

    - Interjection. you’re welcome, excuse me, here you are (when offering something)

"gern geschehen" is a phrase and just means you're welcome (after being thanked), lit. "I like that it happened" i.e. it's a pleasure

  • @kathysoiio

gern geschehen -> you are welcome

bitte schön -> you are welcome

bitte -> please (you want something) OR

bitte -> shortform of "bitte schön"

  • @Larsfromger Danke sehr! ich habe es vielmals zu meinem Lehrer gefragt aber er koente es mir nicht erklaeren!...Jetzt verstehe ich!

  • ich liebe dich¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • Gracias por compartir su idioma. ¿Can I ask you some doubts by email? "Danke" again.

  • du süße siehst gut aus , willste meine neue Lehrerin sein? : ) hehe

  • i'm german and i've never said something like 'guten nachmittag' or 'nachmittag'. You normally just say 'hallo' or 'hi'.

  • my German teacher just had us watch this and take notes on it for homework

  • Man sagt doch nicht einfach 'Nachmitag'?

Also ich meine ich sage ja nichtmal 'Guten Nachmittag.'..

Oder bin ich jetzt einfach zu blöd? :D

  • wo zur hölle sagt man guten nachmittag? oO

  • I am unable to pronounce the German "CH". I pronounce it like "SH".

  • @hcm9999

    just try jawning or coughing

  • @HesseJamez Thanks!

  • I really want to be fluent in German, your video is very helpful

  • @VanishaRD really? Why you wanna learn German? German isn't really worth to learn such as French or Spanish.

I know some Americans does it because their grandpa or so is German.
